ຈົດໝາຍຂອງໂປໂລ ເຖິງຄຣິສຕະຈັກໃນກຸງ ໂຣມ

1	ຖ້າຢ່າງນັ້ນຄົນຢິວຈະໄດ້ປຽບກວ່າຄົນອື່ນຢ່າງໃດ ຫລືການຮັບພິທີຕັດຈະມີປະໂຫຍດອັນໃດ.	What advantage then hath the Jew? or what is the profit of circumcision?
2	ກໍມີປະໂຫຍດຫລາຍໃນທຸກສິ່ງ ເປັນຕົ້ນວ່າ ພຣະເຈົ້າໄດ້ຊົງມອບພຣະທຳໂອວາດໃຫ້ພວກຢິວຮັກສາ.	Much every way: first of all, that they were intrusted with the oracles of God.
3	ເຖິງແມ່ນມີບາງຄົນບໍ່ສັດຊື່ ຄວາມບໍ່ສັດຊື່ຂອງເຂົານັ້ນຈະເຮັດໃຫ້ຄວາມສັດຊື່ຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າເສຍປະໂຫຍດຫລື.	For what if some were without faith? shall their want of faith make of none effect the faithfulness of God?
4	ບໍ່ແມ່ນຢ່າງນັ້ນດອກ ເຖິງແມ່ນວ່າທຸກຄົນເປັນຄົນຕົວະກໍຕາມ ຂໍໃຫ້ພຣະເຈົ້າສັດຊື່ທ່ຽງທຳ ຕາມຂຽນໄວ້ໃນພຣະຄຳພີວ່າ, “ເພື່ອພຣະອົງຈະໄດ້ປະກົດວ່າຊົງເປັນຜູ້ທ່ຽງທຳໃນຖ້ອຍຄຳທັງຫລາຍຂອງພຣະອົງແລະຊົງມີໄຊເມື່ອເຂົາກ່າວໂທດໃສ່ພຣະອົງ.”	God forbid: yea, let God be found true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy words, And mightest prevail when thou comest into judgment.
5	ແຕ່ຖ້າວ່າຄວາມອະທຳຂອງພວກເຮົາ ເປັນເຫດໃຫ້ເຫັນຄວາມຍຸດຕິທຳຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າແລ້ວ ພວກເຮົາຈະວ່າຢ່າງໃດ ຈະວ່າພຣະເຈົ້າລົງໂທດໂດຍບໍ່ຍຸດຕິທຳຢ່າງນັ້ນຫລື (ເຮົາເວົ້າຢ່າງມະນຸດ).	But if our righteousness commendeth the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who visiteth with wrath? (I speak after the manner of men.)
6	ບໍ່ແມ່ນຢ່າງນັ້ນດອກ ຖ້າແມ່ນຢ້າງນັ້ນແລ້ວພຣະເຈົ້າຈະຊົງພິພາກສາໂລກໄດ້ຢ່າງໃດ.	God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?
7	ແຕ່ຖ້າວ່າຄວາມຕົວະລ່າຍຂອງເຮົາເປັນເຫດໃຫ້ຄວາມທ່ຽງທຳຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າໄດ້ປະກົດແຈ້ງຄັກ ແລະເປັນທີ່ໃຫ້ເກີດກຽດຕິຍົດແກ່ພຣະອົງ ເປັນຫຍັງເຮົາຈິ່ງຍັງຖືກຊົງລົງໂທດເໝືອນເປັນຄົນຜິດບາບ.	But if the truth of God through my lie abounded unto his glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner?
8	ແລະເປັນຫຍັງເຮົາຈິ່ງບໍ່ເຮັດຊົ່ວເພື່ອຄວາມດີຈະເກີດຂຶ້ນຈາກຄວາມຊົ່ວນັ້ນ ຕາມທີ່ບາງຄົນເລົ່າລືແລະນິນທາຫາວ່າເຮົາໄດ້ກ່າວຢ່າງນັ້ນແລ້ວ ການລົງໂທດຄົນຢ່າງນັ້ນກໍຍຸດຕິທຳແລ້ວ.	and why not (as we are slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say), Let us do evil, that good may come? whose condemnation is just.
9	ຖ້າດັ່ງນັ້ນແລ້ວຈະເປັນຢ່າງໃດ ເຮົາຄົນຢິວຈະໄດ້ປຽບກວ່າຫລືບໍ່ ບໍ່ແມ່ນຢ່າງນັ້ນດອກ ດ້ວຍວ່າເຮົາໄດ້ຟ້ອງແລ້ວວ່າ ທັງຄົນຢິວແລະຄົນຕ່າງຊາດກໍຢູ່ໃຕ້ອຳນາດຂອງຄວາມຜິດບາບທຸກຄົນ.	What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we before laid to the charge both of Jews and Greeks, that they are all under sin;
10	ດັ່ງມີຄຳຂຽນໄວ້ໃນພຣະຄຳພີວ່າ, "ບໍ່ມີຄົນຊອບທຳຈັກຄົນໜຶ່ງຄົນດຽວ	as it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one;
11	ບໍ່ມີຄົນທີ່ເຂົ້າໃຈ ບໍ່ມີຄົນທີ່ສະແຫວງຫາພຣະເຈົ້າ	There is none that understandeth, There is none that seeketh after God;
12	ທຸກຄົນໄດ້ຫລົງເວັ້ນໄປ ເຂົາພາກັນເປັນຄົນຊົ່ວໄປໝົດ ຜູ້ເຮັດການດີບໍ່ມີຈັກຄົນດຽວ	They have all turned aside, they are together become unprofitable; There is none that doeth good, no, not, so much as one:
13	ລຳຄໍຂອງເຂົາຄືຂຸມຝັງຊາກສົບທີ່ໄຂຢູ່ ເຂົາໃຊ້ລີ້ນຂອງເຂົາໃນການລໍ້ລວງ ມີພິດງູຮ້າຍຢູ່ໃຕ້ຮິມປາກຂອງເຂົາ	Their throat is an open sepulchre; With their tongues they have used deceit: The poison of asps is under their lips:
14	ປາກຂອງເຂົາເຕັມໄປດ້ວຍຄຳປ້ອຍດ່າແລະຄຳຂົມຂື່ນ	Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
15	ຕີນຂອງເຂົາວ່ອງໄວໃນການເຮັດໃຫ້ນອງເລືອດ	Their feet are swift to shed blood;
16	ເຂົາຍ່ອມຖິ້ມຄວາມເສຍຫາຍແລະຄວາມທຸກໄວ້ໃນທາງທີ່ເຂົາເດີນໄປ	Destruction and misery are in their ways;
17	ແລະເຂົາບໍ່ຮູ້ຈັກຫົນທາງແຫ່ງຄວາມສະຫງົບສຸກ	And the way of peace have they not known:
18	ເຂົາບໍ່ເຄີຍຄຶດທີ່ຈະຢຳເກງພຣະເຈົ້າ.”	There is no fear of God before their eyes.
19	ແຕ່ເຮົາທັງຫລາຍຮູ້ຢູ່ວ່າພຣະບັນຍັດທຸກຂໍ້ທີ່ໄດ້ກ່າວນັ້ນ ກໍກ່າວແກ່ຄົນເຫລົ່ານັ້ນທີ່ຢູ່ໃຕ້ພຣະບັນຍັດເພື່ອອັດປາກທຸກຄົນ ແລະເພື່ອໃຫ້ມະນຸດທຸກຄົນໃນໂລກຢູ່ໃຕ້ການພິພາກສາຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າ.	Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it speaketh to them that are under the law; that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God:
20	ເພາະວ່າໃນສາຍພຣະເນດຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າບໍ່ມີມະນຸດຄົນໃດຈະຊົງຖືວ່າເປັນຜູ້ຊອບທຳດ້ວຍການເຮັດຕາມພຣະບັນຍັດ ເພາະວ່າພຣະບັນຍັດໄດ້ເຮັດໃຫ້ສັງເກດຮູ້ຈັກຄວາມບາບ.	because by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified in his sight; for through the law [cometh] the knowledge of sin.
21	ແຕ່ບັດນີ້ຄວາມຊອບທຳຊຶ່ງມາຈາກພຣະເຈົ້າ ໄດ້ປະກົດນອກຈາກພຣະບັນຍັດ (ມີພຣະບັນຍັດແລະຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳເປັນພະຍານຢູ່).	But now apart from the law a righteousness of God hath been manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22	ຄືຄວາມຊອບທຳທີ່ມາຈາກພຣະເຈົ້າ ຊຶ່ງຊົງປະທານແກ່ຜູ້ທີ່ເຊື່ອທຸກຄົນ ດ້ວຍອາໃສຄວາມເຊື່ອໃນພຣະເຢຊູຄຣິດ ເພາະວ່າຄົນທັງຫລາຍສະເໝີກັນທຸກຄົນ.	even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ unto all them that believe; for there is no distinction;
23	ດ້ວຍວ່າທຸກຄົນໄດ້ເຮັດຜິດບາບ ແລະຂາດຈາກພຣະລັດສະໝີຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າ.	for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;
24	ແຕ່ພຣະເຈົ້າຊົງຖືວ່າເຂົາເປັນຄົນຊອບທຳ ດ້ວຍພຣະກະລຸນາຄຸນຂອງພຣະອົງທີ່ບໍ່ຄິດວ່າ ຄືດ້ວຍການຊົງໄຖ່ໄວ້ຊຶ່ງມີຢູ່ໃນພຣະເຢຊູຄຣິດ.	being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
25	ທີ່ພຣະເຈົ້າໄດ້ຊົງໃຫ້ປະກົດ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ເປັນຜູ້ໄຖ່ໂທດແທນບາບໂດຍຄວາມເຊື່ອໃນພຣະໂລຫິດຂອງພຣະອົງ ອັນນີ້ກໍເພື່ອສະແດງໃຫ້ເຫັນຄວາມຍຸດຕິທຳຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າ ໃນການທີ່ພຣະອົງໄດ້ຊົງອົດກັ້ນພຣະໄທໄວ້ ແລະບໍ່ໄດ້ຊົງລົງໂທດມະນຸດທີ່ໄດ້ເຮັດຜິດບາບໄປແລ້ວນັ້ນ.	whom God set forth [to be] a propitiation, through faith, in his blood, to show his righteousness because of the passing over of the sins done aforetime, in the forbearance of God;
26	ແລະເພື່ອຈະຊົງສະແດງໃນປັດຈຸບັນວ່າພຣະອົງຊົງເປັນຜູ້ຍຸດຕິທຳ ແລະຊົງໂຜດຜູ້ທີ່ເຊື່ອໃນພຣະເຢຊູເປັນຜູ້ຊອບທຳດ້ວຍ.	for the showing, [I say], of his righteousness at this present season: that he might himself be just, and the justifier of him that hath faith in Jesus.
27	ເມື່ອເປັນຢ່າງນັ້ນແລ້ວເຮົາຈະເອົາອັນໃດມາອວດ ກໍໝົດຫົນທາງ ຈະອ້າງຫລັກອັນໃດວ່າໝົດຫົນທາງ ຈະອ້າງຫລັກການປະຕິບັດຕາມພຣະບັນຍັດຫລື ບໍ່ແມ່ນດອກ ແຕ່ຕ້ອງອ້າງເອົາຫລັກຂອງຄວາມເຊື່ອ.	Where then is the glorying? It is excluded. By what manner of law? of works? Nay: but by a law of faith.
28	ດ້ວຍວ່າພວກເຮົາເຫັນວ່າຄົນໜຶ່ງຄົນໃດຈະຊົງຖືວ່າຊອບທຳໄດ້ ກໍໂດຍອາໃສຄວາມເຊື່ອນອກຈາກການປະຕິບັດຕາມພຣະບັນຍັດ.	We reckon therefore that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.
29	ຫລືວ່າພຣະເຈົ້ານັ້ນຊົງເປັນພຣະເຈົ້າຂອງຊາດຢິວຊາດດຽວເທົ່ານັ້ນຫລື ພຣະອົງບໍ່ຊົງເປັນພຣະເຈົ້າຂອງຄົນຕ່າງຊາດດ້ວຍຫລື ແມ່ນແລ້ວ ພຣະອົງຊົງເປັນພຣະເຈົ້າຂອງຄົນຕ່າງຊາດດ້ວຍ.	Or is God [the God] of Jews only? is he not [the God] of Gentiles also? Yea, of Gentiles also:
30	ເຫດວ່າພຣະອົງຊົງເປັນພຣະເຈົ້າແຕ່ອົງດຽວ ແລະພຣະອົງຊົງໂຜດຖືວ່າຄົນທີ່ຮັບພິທີຕັດນັ້ນເປັນຄົນຊອບທຳດ້ວຍຄວາມເຊື່ອ ແລະຈະຊົງໂຜດຖືວ່າຄົນທີ່ບໍ່ໄດ້ຮັບພິທີຕັດນັ້ນເປັນຄົນຊອບທຳ ດ້ວຍຄວາມເຊື່ອເໝືອນກັນ.	if so be that God is one, and he shall justify the circumcision by faith, and the uncircumcision through faith.
31	ຖ້າຢ່າງນັ້ນພວກເຮົາຈະລຶບລ້າງພຣະບັນຍັດດ້ວຍຄວາມເຊື່ອຫລື ບໍ່ແມ່ນຢ່າງນັ້ນດອກ ແຕ່ພວກເຮົາຍັງເປັນຜູ້ສະໜັບສະໜູນພຣະບັນຍັດອີກ.	Do we then make the law of none effect through faith? God forbid: nay, we establish the law.
