ເພງສັນລະເສີນ

1	ທຸກຄົນທີ່ເປັນຄົນຊອບທຳ ຈົ່ງຍິນດີໃນສິ່ງທີ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຊົງກະທຳ ແລະທຸກຄົນທີ່ມີຈິດໃຈຊື່ຕົງ ຈົ່ງສັນລະເສີນພຣະອົງ.	Rejoice in Jehovah, O ye righteous: Praise is comely for the upright.
2	ຈົ່ງຖວາຍການຂອບພຣະຄຸນແດ່ພຣະອົງດ້ວຍການດີດພິນ ຈົ່ງຮ້ອງເພງຖວາຍແກ່ພຣະອົງດ້ວຍເຄື່ອງດົນດີນັ້ນ.	Give thanks unto Jehovah with the harp: Sing praises unto him with the psaltery of ten strings.
3	ຈົ່ງຮ້ອງເພງບົດໃໝ່ຖວາຍແດ່ພຣະອົງ ດ້ວຍການດີດພິນຢ່າງມ່ວນຊື່ນ ແລະຮ້ອງເພງດ້ວຍສຽງດັງ.	Sing unto him a new song; Play skilfully with a loud noise.
4	ພຣະວາຈາຂອງພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຊົງເປັນຈິງ ແລະກິດຈະການທຸກຢ່າງຂອງພຣະອົງຊົງເປັນທີ່ໄວ້ວາງໃຈໄດ້.	For the word of Jehovah is right; And all his work is [done] in faithfulness.
5	ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຊົງຮັກຄວາມຊອບທຳ ແລະຄວາມສັດຊື່ ຄວາມຮັກອັນໝັ້ນຄົງຂອງພຣະອົງຊົງເຕັມທົ່ວໄປໃນແຜ່ນດິນໂລກ.	He loveth righteousness and justice: The earth is full of the lovingkindness of Jehovah.
6	ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຊົງສ້າງສະຫວັນຊັ້ນຟ້າດ້ວຍພຣະດຳລັດຂອງພຣະອົງ ພຣະອົງຊົງສ້າງຕາເວັນ ເດືອນແລະດາວດ້ວຍພຣະວາຈາຂອງພຣະອົງ.	By the word of Jehovah were the heavens made, And all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
7	ພຣະອົງຊົງທ້ອນໂຮມເອົານ້ຳທະເລທັງໝົດໄວ້ໃນບ່ອນດຽວ ພຣະອົງຊົງຂັງມະຫາສະໝຸດອັນເລິກໄວ້ໃນບ່ອນຂອງມັນ.	He gathereth the waters of the sea together as a heap: He layeth up the deeps in store-houses.
8	ທົ່ວທັງແຜ່ນດິນໂລກຈົ່ງຢຳເກງພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ທຸກໆຄົນທີ່ຢູ່ໃນໂລກຈົ່ງຢ້ານຢຳເກງພຣະອົງ.	Let all the earth fear Jehovah: Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
9	ເມື່ອພຣະອົງຊົງສັ່ງ ໂລກນີ້ກໍເກີດຂຶ້ນມາ ແລະທຸກໆສິ່ງປະກົດຂຶ້ນມາຕາມພຣະດຳລັດຂອງພຣະອົງ.	For he spake, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.
10	ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຊົງທຳລາຍຈຸດປະສົງຂອງຊົນຊາດຕ່າງໆ ພຣະອົງຊົງໃຫ້ແຜນການຂອງພວກເຂົາໄຮ້ປະໂຫຍດ.	Jehovah bringeth the counsel of the nations to nought; He maketh the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.
11	ແຕ່ສ່ວນແຜນການຂອງພຣະອົງນັ້ນຊົງໝັ້ນຄົງຕະຫລອດໄປ ແລະຄວາມປາດຖະໜາດີຂອງພຣະອົງຊົງເປັນຢູ່ຊົ່ວນິດລັນດອນ.	The counsel of Jehovah standeth fast for ever, The thoughts of his heart to all generations.
12	ຄວາມສຸກຈົ່ງມີແກ່ຊົນຊາດທີ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າເປັນພຣະເຈົ້າຂອງພວກເຂົາ ແລະຜູ້ທີ່ພຣະອົງຊົງເລືອກໄວ້ໃຫ້ເປັນພວກຂອງພຣະອົງ.	Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah, The people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
13	ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຊົງທອດພຣະເນດລົງຈາກສະຫວັນຊັ້ນຟ້າ ແລະຊົງເຫັນມະນຸດທຸກຄົນ.	Jehovah looketh from heaven; He beholdeth all the sons of men;
14	ຢູ່ທີ່ນັ້ນ ພຣະອົງຊົງປົກຄອງ ແລະເບິ່ງແຍງທຸກໆຄົນ ທີ່ຢູ່ເທິງແຜ່ນດິນໂລກ.	From the place of his habitation he looketh forth Upon all the inhabitants of the earth,
15	ພຣະອົງຊົງປະກອບຄວາມນຶກຄິດທັງຫລາຍຂອງພວກເຂົາ ແລະຊົງຮູ້ຈັກທຸກໆສິ່ງທີ່ພວກເຂົາເຮັດ.	He that fashioneth the hearts of them all, That considereth all their works.
16	ເຈົ້າຊີວິດບໍ່ສາມາດຊະນະດ້ວຍກຳລັງທະຫານໄດ້ ແລະທະຫານກໍບໍ່ສາມາດຊະນະຍ້ອນກຳລັງຂອງຕົນໄດ້.	There is no king saved by the multitude of a host: A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
17	ມ້າເສິກໃຊ້ເອົາໄຊຊະນະໃນການຮົບບໍ່ໄດ້ ກຳລັງອັນແຮງກ້າຂອງມັນກໍຊ່ອຍໃຫ້ພົ້ນບໍ່ໄດ້.	A horse is a vain thing for safety; Neither doth he deliver any by his great power.
18	ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຄອຍເຝົ້າເບິ່ງແຍງຜູ້ທີ່ຢຳເກງພຣະອົງ ແລະຜູ້ທີ່ເຊື່ອໃນຄວາມຮັກອັນໝັ້ນຄົງຂອງພຣະອົງ.	Behold, the eye of Jehovah is upon them that fear him, Upon them that hope in his lovingkindness;
19	ພຣະອົງຊົງຊ່ອຍພວກເຂົາໃຫ້ພົ້ນຈາກຄວາມຕາຍ ແລະຊົງຄຸ້ມຄອງໃຫ້ພວກເຂົາມີຊີວິດຢູ່ຕໍ່ໄປໃນເວລາອຶດຢາກ.	To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine.
20	ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍຂໍຝາກຄວາມຫວັງໄວ້ກັບພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ພຣະອົງຊົງເປັນຜູ້ຊ່ອຍເຫລືອ ແລະຜູ້ປົກປັກຮັກສາພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ.	Our soul hath waited for Jehovah: He is our help and our shield.
21	ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍຍິນດີນຳພຣະອົງ ແລະເຊື່ອໄວ້ວາງໃຈໃນພຣະນາມອັນບໍລິສຸດຂອງພຣະອົງ.	For our heart shall rejoice in him, Because we have trusted in his holy name.
22	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ຂໍໃຫ້ຄວາມຮັກອັນໝັ້ນຄົງຂອງພຣະອົງ ຊົງສະຖິດຢູ່ກັບພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ຜູ້ໄດ້ຝາກຄວາມຫວັງໄວ້ກັບພຣະອົງ.	Let thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, be upon us, According as we have hoped in thee. Psalm 34 A Psalm of David; when he changed his behavior before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed.
