ຂ່າວປະເສີດເລື່ອງພຣະເຢຊູຄຣິດ ຮຽບຮຽງໂດຍ ລູກາ

1	ພຣະອົງຊົງກ່າວກັບພວກສາວົກຂອງພຣະອົງວ່າ, “ຍັງມີເສດຖີທີ່ມີເຈົ້າພະນັກງານຄົນໜຶ່ງ ແລະມີຄົນຟ້ອງຕໍ່ເສດຖີວ່າ ພະນັກງານຄົນນັ້ນໄດ້ຜານຊັບຂອງທ່ານເສຍ.	And he said also unto the disciples, There was a certain rich man, who had a steward; and the same was accused unto him that he was wasting his goods.
2	ເສດຖີຈິ່ງເອີ້ນພະນັກງານຄົນນັ້ນມາເວົ້າວ່າ ‘ເລື່ອງທີ່ເຮົາໄດ້ຍິນກັບເຈົ້ານັ້ນເປັນຢ່າງໃດ ຈົ່ງລາຍງານກ່ຽວກັບໜ້າທີ່ຂອງເຈົ້າເສຍ ເພາະເຈົ້າຈະເປັນພະນັກງານຕໍ່ໄປອີກບໍ່ໄດ້’.	And he called him, and said unto him, What is this that I hear of thee? render the account of thy stewardship; for thou canst be no longer steward.
3	ເຈົ້າພະນັກງານນັ້ນຈິ່ງຄຶດໃນໃຈວ່າ ‘ເຮົາຈະເຮັດແນວໃດໜໍ ເພາະນາຍຈະຖອດເຮົາອອກເສຍຈາກໜ້າທີ່ພະນັກງານແລ້ວ ເຮົາຂຸດດິນກໍບໍ່ມີແຮງ, ຈະຂໍທານກໍອາຍເຂົາ.	And the steward said within himself, What shall I do, seeing that my lord taketh away the stewardship from me? I have not strength to dig; to beg I am ashamed.
4	ເຮົາຮູ້ແລ້ວວ່າຈະເຮັດແນວໃດດີເພື່ອເວລາເຮົາຖືກຖອດຈາກໜ້າທີ່ພະນັກງານແລ້ວ ເຂົາຈະຮັບເຮົາໄວ້ໃນເຮືອນຂອງເຂົາໄດ້’.	I am resolved what to do, that, when I am put out of the stewardship, they may receive me into their houses.
5	ລາວຈິ່ງເອີ້ນລູກໜີ້ຂອງນາຍມາທຸກຄົນ ແລ້ວຖາມຜູ້ທຳອິດວ່າ ‘ເຈົ້າເປັນໜີ້ນາຍຂອງເຮົາເທົ່າໃດ?’.	And calling to him each one of his lord's debtors, he said to the first, How much owest thou unto my lord?
6	ຜູ້ນັ້ນກໍຕອບວ່າ ‘ເປັນໜີ້ນ້ຳມັນຮ້ອຍຖັງ’ ເຈົ້າພະນັກງານນັ້ນຈິ່ງບອກວ່າ ‘ເອົາບັນຊີຂອງເຈົ້າ ນັ່ງລົງແລ້ວຈົດໃສ່ຫ້າສິບຖັງໄວໆ ເສຍ’.	And he said, A hundred measures of oil. And he said unto him, Take thy bond, and sit down quickly and write fifty.
7	ແລ້ວກໍຖາມອີກຄົນໜຶ່ງວ່າ ‘ເຈົ້າເດ, ເຈົ້າເປັນໜີ້ເທົ່າໃດ?’ ຜູ້ນີ້ຕອບວ່າ ‘ເປັນໜີ້ເຂົ້າປຽກຮ້ອຍກຽນ’ ເຈົ້າພະນັກງານຈິ່ງບອກວ່າ ‘ຈົ່ງເອົາບັນຊີຂອງເຈົ້າມາຈົດໃສ່ແປດສິບກຽນເສຍ’.	Then said he to another, And how much owest thou? And he said, A hundred measures of wheat. He saith unto him, Take thy bond, and write fourscore.
8	ແລ້ວເຈົ້ານາຍກໍສັນລະເສີນເຈົ້າພະນັກງານຜູ້ບໍ່ສັດຊື່ວ່າ ‘ເພິ່ນໄດ້ເຮັດດ້ວຍຄວາມສະຫລາດ ດ້ວຍວ່າຄົນຝ່າຍໂລກນີ້ໃນສະໄໝຂອງເຂົາ ເຂົາໃຊ້ສະຕິປັນຍາສະຫລາດກວ່າຄົນຝ່າຍຄວາມສະຫວ່າງອີກ’.	And his lord commended the unrighteous steward because he had done wisely: for the sons of this world are for their own generation wiser than the sons of the light.
9	ຝ່າຍເຮົາ ເຮົາບອກທ່ານທັງຫລາຍວ່າ ຈົ່ງເຮັດໃຫ້ຕົນມີມິດສະຫາຍດ້ວຍຊັບສົມບັດອັນບໍ່ຍຸດຕິທຳ ເພື່ອເວລາຊັບນັ້ນເສຍໄປແລ້ວ ເຂົາຈະໄດ້ຕ້ອນຮັບພວກທ່ານໄວ້ໃນບ່ອນອາໃສອັນຖາວອນເປັນນິດ.	And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends by means of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when it shall fail, they may receive you into the eternal tabernacles.
10	“ຄົນທີ່ສັດຊື່ໃນຂອງເລັກນ້ອຍກໍສັດຊື່ໃນຂອງຫລາຍ ແລະຄົນທີ່ບໍ່ສັດຊື່ໃນຂອງເລັກນ້ອຍກໍບໍ່ສັດຊື່ໃນຂອງຫລາຍເໝືອນກັນ.	He that is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much: and he that is unrighteous in a very little is unrighteous also in much.
11	ເຫດສັນນັ້ນຖ້າພວກທ່ານບໍ່ໄດ້ສະແດງຕົວເປັນຄົນສັດຊື່ໃນຊັບສົມບັດອັນບໍ່ຍຸດຕິທຳ ໃຜຈະມອບຊັບສົມບັດອັນທ່ຽງແທ້ໃຫ້ພວກທ່ານ.	If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true [riches]?
12	ແລະຖ້າພວກທ່ານບໍ່ໄດ້ສະແດງຕົວເປັນຄົນສັດຊື່ໃນສິ່ງຂອງຂອງຄົນອື່ນ ໃຜຈະມາມອບສິ່ງຂອງຂອງທ່ານໃຫ້ແກ່ທ່ານ.	And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another's, who will give you that which is your own?
13	ບໍ່ມີຜູ້ໃດສາມາດເປັນຂ້ອຍສອງເຈົ້າບ່າວສອງນາຍໄດ້ ເພາະຈະຊັງນາຍຜູ້ນີ້ ແລ້ວໄປຮັກນາຍຜູ້ນັ້ນ ຫລືຈະຕິດພັນກັບນາຍຜູ້ນີ້ ແລະປະໝາດນາຍຜູ້ນັ້ນ ທ່ານຈະເປັນຂ້ອຍໃຊ້ຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າແລະເປັນຂ້ອຍໃຊ້ຂອງເງິນຄຳພ້ອມກັນບໍ່ໄດ້.”	No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
14	ຝ່າຍພວກຟາຣີຊາຍທີ່ມີໃຈຮັກຊັບ ເມື່ອໄດ້ຍິນຄຳເຫລົ່ານັ້ນແລ້ວກໍກ່າວເຍາະເຍີ້ຍພຣະອົງ.	And the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, heard all these things; and they scoffed at him.
15	ແຕ່ພຣະອົງກ່າວຕໍ່ເຂົາວ່າ, “ທ່ານທັງຫລາຍອ້າງຕົວວ່າເປັນຄົນຊອບທຳຕໍ່ໜ້າມະນຸດ ແຕ່ພຣະເຈົ້າຊົງຊາບໃຈພວກທ່ານ ດ້ວຍວ່າຊຶ່ງເປັນທີ່ນັບໜ້າຖືຕາໃນຖ້າມກາງມະນຸດ ກໍເປັນທີ່ກຽດຊັງຈຳເພາະພຣະພັກພຣະເຈົ້າ.	And he said unto them, Ye are they that justify yourselves in the sight of men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God.
16	“ມີພຣະບັນຍັດແລະຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳຈົນເຖິງສະໄໝໂຢຮັນ ຕັ້ງແຕ່ນັ້ນມາເຂົາກໍປະກາດຂ່າວປະເສີດເລື່ອງ ລາຊະແຜ່ນດິນຂອງພຣະເຈົ້າ ແລະຄົນທັງປວງກໍຍາດກັນເຂົ້າໃນລາຊະແຜ່ນດິນນັ້ນ.	The law and the prophets [were] until John: from that time the gospel of the kingdom of God is preached, and every man entereth violently into it.
17	ຟ້າແລະດິນຈະລ່ວງໄປ ກໍງ່າຍກວ່າທີ່ພຣະບັນຍັດແຕ່ຈຸດດຽວຈະເປັນໂມຄະ.	But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one tittle of the law to fall.
18	“ທຸກຄົນທີ່ຢ່າຮ້າງເມຍຂອງຕົນ ແລ້ວໄປເອົາເມຍໃໝ່ກໍຜິດຖານຫລິ້ນຊູ້ ແລະທຸກຄົນທີ່ເອົາຍິງແມ່ຮ້າງມາເປັນເມຍກໍຜິດຖານຫລິ້ນຊູ້ເໝືອນກັນ.	Every one that putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and he that marrieth one that is put away from a husband committeth adultery.
19	“ຍັງມີເສດຖີຄົນໜຶ່ງນຸ່ງຫົ່ມເສື້ອສີມ່ວງອ່ອນແລະຜ້າປ່ານເນື້ອລະອຽດ ປິຕິຍິນດີດ້ວຍອາຫານການກິນຢ່າງປະນີດທຸກໆ ວັນ.	Now there was a certain rich man, and he was clothed in purple and fine linen, faring sumptuously every day:
20	ແລະມີຄົນຍາກຈົນຜູ້ໜຶ່ງຊື່ລາຊະໂຣ ເປັນບາດເຕັມຕົວ ທີ່ເຂົາຫາມມາຖິ້ມໄວ້ທີ່ປະຕູບ້ານເສດຖີ.	and a certain beggar named Lazarus was laid at his gate, full of sores,
21	ລາຊະໂຣຢາກກິນຂອງທີ່ຕົກຈາກໂຕະຂອງເສດຖີນັ້ນໃຫ້ອີ່ມ ແລະຫລາຍກວ່ານັ້ນໝາກໍຍັງມາເລຍບາດຂອງລາວ.	and desiring to be fed with the [crumbs] that fell from the rich man's table; yea, even the dogs come and licked his sores.
22	ຢູ່ມາຄົນຍາກຈົນຜູ້ນັ້ນກໍຕາຍ ແລະຝູງເທວະດາໄດ້ຮັບເອົາໄປໄວ້ໃນເອິກຂອງອັບຣາຮາມ ຝ່າຍເສດຖີນັ້ນກໍຕາຍເໝືອນກັນ ແລ້ວເຂົາກໍຝັງໄວ້.	And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and that he was carried away by the angels into Abraham's bosom: and the rich man also died, and was buried.
23	ເມື່ອຢູ່ໃນແດນມໍລະນາກໍເປັນທຸກເວທະນາຫລາຍ ເສດຖີນັ້ນຈິ່ງເງີຍຕາຂຶ້ນເຫັນອັບຣາຮາມຢູ່ໄກ ແລະເຫັນລາຊະໂຣຢູ່ໃນເອິກຂອງທ່ານ.	And in Hades he lifted up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24	“ແລ້ວເສດຖີຈິ່ງຮ້ອງວ່າ ‘ອັບຣາຮາມ ບິດາເອີຍ, ຂໍເອັນດູຂ້ານ້ອຍແດ່ທ້ອນ ຂໍຈົ່ງໃຫ້ລາຊະໂຣມາ ເພື່ອຈະໄດ້ເອົາປາຍນິ້ວມືຈຸ່ມນ້ຳມາແປະໃສ່ລີ້ນຂ້ານ້ອຍໃຫ້ຊຸ່ມເຢັນດ້ວຍວ່າຂ້ານ້ອຍກຳລັງທົນທຸກທໍລະມານຢູ່ໃນແປວໄຟນີ້’.	And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am in anguish in this flame.
25	ແຕ່ອັບຣາຮາມຕອບວ່າ, ‘ລູກເອີຍ, ເຈົ້າຈົ່ງລະນຶກວ່າເມື່ອເຈົ້າຍັງມີຊີວິດຢູ່ ເຈົ້າໄດ້ຮັບຂອງດີສຳລັບຕົວແລະລາຊະໂຣໄດ້ຮັບຂອງບໍ່ດີ ຢ່າງດຽວກັນນັ້ນແຫລະ, ບັດນີ້ລາຊະໂຣໄດ້ຮັບຄວາມເລົ້າໂລມຢູ່ທີ່ນີ້ ແລະເຈົ້າໄດ້ຮັບຄວາມທຸກທໍລະມານ.	But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and Lazarus in like manner evil things: but now here he is comforted and thou art in anguish.
26	ນອກນັ້ນອີກ, ລະຫວ່າງພວກເຮົາກັບພວກເຈົ້າຍັງມີເຫວອັນໃຫຍ່ຊຶ່ງຊົງຕັ້ງຂວາງຢູ່ ເພື່ອວ່າຖ້າຜູ້ໃດທີ່ປາດຖະໜາຈະຂ້າມທີ່ນີ້ໄປເຖິງພວກເຈົ້າກໍບໍ່ໄດ້ ຫລືບໍ່ໃຫ້ເຂົາຂ້າມຈາກທີ່ນັ້ນມາເຖິງພວກເຮົາ’.	And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, that they that would pass from hence to you may not be able, and that none may cross over from thence to us.
27	ເສດຖີນັ້ນຈິ່ງເວົ້າວ່າ ‘ບິດາເອີຍ, ຖ້າຢ່າງນັ້ນ ຂໍທ່ານໃຊ້ລາຊະໂຣໄປຍັງເຮືອນພໍ່ຂອງຂ້ານ້ອຍ.	And he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house;
28	ເພາະວ່າຂ້ານ້ອຍມີອ້າຍນ້ອງຫ້າຄົນ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ລາຊະໂຣໄປຕັກເຕືອນເຂົາ ເພາະຢ້ານວ່າເຂົາຈະເຂົ້າມາໃນບ່ອນທໍລະມານນີ້ ເໝືອນກັນ’.	for I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
29	ແຕ່ອັບຣາຮາມຕອບວ່າ ‘ເຂົາມີໂມເຊແລະພວກຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳແລ້ວ ໃຫ້ເຂົາຟັງຄົນເຫລົ່ານັ້ນສາ’.	But Abraham saith, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
30	ເສດຖີຈິ່ງຕອບວ່າ ‘ອັບຣາຮາມ ບິດາເອີຍ, ບໍ່ແມ່ນຢ່າງນັ້ນດອກ ແຕ່ຖ້າຄົນໜຶ່ງຈາກໝູ່ຄົນຕາຍໄປຫາເຂົາ ເຂົາຄົງຈະຖິ້ມໃຈເກົ່າເອົາໃຈໃໝ່’.	And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one go to them from the dead, they will repent.
31	ອັບຣາຮາມຈິ່ງຕອບວ່າ ‘ຖ້າເຂົາບໍ່ຟັງໂມເຊແລະພວກຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳ ເຖິງຈະມີຄົນໜຶ່ງຄືນມາຈາກຕາຍ ເຂົາກໍບໍ່ຍອມເຊື່ອເໝືອນກັນ’.”	And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, if one rise from the dead.
