1ພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າກ່າວ​ກັບໂມ­ເຊທີ່​ພູ­ເຂົາຊີ­ນາຍວ່າAnd Jehovah spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,
2“ຈົ່ງ​ກ່າວ​ແກ່​ຄົນອິ­ສຣາ­ເອນວ່າ ເມື່ອ​ເຈົ້າ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ເຂົ້າ​ໄປ​ໃນ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ທີ່​ເຮົາ​ໃຫ້​ເຈົ້າ​ນັ້ນ ຈົ່ງ​ໃຫ້​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ນັ້ນ​ຖື​ວັນ​ສະ­ບາ​ໂຕ​ແດ່ພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າSpeak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto Jehovah.
3ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ຫວ່ານ​ພືດ​ໃນ​ນາ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ໃນ​ລະ­ຫວ່າງ​ຫົກ​ປີ ແລະ​ຈົ່ງ​ຕອນ​ເຄືອ​ອະ­ງຸ່ນ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ແລະ​ເກັບ​ຜົນ­ລະ­ປູກ​ນັ້ນ​ໄວ້​ໃນ​ຫົກ​ປີSix years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruits thereof;
4ແຕ່​ໃນ​ປີ​ທີ​ເຈັດ​ນັ້ນ​ເປັນ​ປີ​ສະ­ບາ​ໂຕ​ແຫ່ງ​ການ​ຢຸດ​ພັກ­ຜ່ອນ​ສຳ­ລັບ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ ເປັນ​ປີ​ສະ­ບາ​ໂຕ​ແດ່ພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າເຈົ້າ​ຢ່າ​ຫວ່ານ​ພືດ​ໃນ​ນາ ຫລື​ຕອນ​ເຄືອ​ອະ­ງຸ່ນ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າbut in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a sabbath unto Jehovah: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.
5ສິ່ງ​ໃດ​ທີ່​ເກີດ​ຂຶ້ນ​ມາ​ເອງ​ໃນ​ນາ ເຈົ້າ​ຢ່າ​ເກັບ​ກ່ຽວ ແລະ​ພວງ​ອະ­ງຸ່ນ​ເກີດ​ຢູ່​ເຄືອ​ທີ່​ເຈົ້າ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້​ຕອນ ກໍ​ຢ່າ​ເກັບ ໃຫ້​ເປັນ​ປີ​ທີ່​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ຢຸດ​ພັກ­ຜ່ອນThat which groweth of itself of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, and the grapes of thy undressed vine thou shalt not gather: it shall be a year of solemn rest for the land.
6ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ໃນ​ປີ​ສະ­ບາ​ໂຕ​ນັ້ນ​ຈະ​ຍັງ​ມີ​ພືດ​ຜົນ​ໃຫ້​ແກ່​ເຈົ້າ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ ຄື​ແກ່​ຕົວ​ເຈົ້າ​ເອງ ແກ່​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ຊາຍ​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ຍິງ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ແກ່​ລູກ­ຈ້າງ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ແລະ​ແກ່​ຄົນ​ຕ່າງ​ດ້າວ​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າAnd the sabbath of the land shall be for food for you; for thee, and for thy servant and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant and for thy stranger, who sojourn with thee.
7ພືດ​ຜົນ​ແຫ່ງ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ທັງ​ໝົດ​ຈະ​ເປັນ​ອາ­ຫານ​ຂອງ​ສັດ­ລ້ຽງ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ແລະ​ຂອງ​ສັດ­ປ່າ​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ໃນ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າAnd for thy cattle, and for the beasts that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be for food.
8ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ນັບ​ປີ​ສະ­ບາ​ໂຕ​ເຈັດ​ປີ​ຄື​ເອົາ​ເຈັດ​ຄູນ​ເຈັດ​ປີ ປີ​ສະ­ບາ​ໂຕ​ເຈັດ​ປີ​ຈຶ່ງ​ເປັນ​ສີ່​ສິບ​ເກົ້າ​ປີ​ແກ່​ເຈົ້າAnd thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and there shall be unto thee the days of seven sabbaths of years, even forty and nine years.
9ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ເປົ່າ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ​ດັງ​ສະ­ໜັ່ນ​ໃນ​ວັນ​ທີ​ສິບ​ເດືອນ​ທີ​ເຈັດ ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ເປົ່າ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ​ທົ່ວ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ໃນ​ມື້​ລຶ­ບລ້າງ​ບາບThen shalt thou send abroad the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month; in the day of atonement shall ye send abroad the trumpet throughout all your land.
10ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ຖື​ປີ​ທີ​ຫ້າ​ສິບ​ໄວ້​ເປັນ​ປີ​ບໍ­ລິ­ສຸດ ແລະ​ປະ­ກາດ​ອິດ­ສະ­ຫລະ­ພາບ​ແກ່​ບັນ­ດາ​ຄົນ​ທີ່​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ທົ່ວ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ໃຫ້​ເປັນ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ​ແກ່​ເຈົ້າ ໃຫ້​ທຸກ​ຄົນ​ກັບ​ໄປ​ຍັງ​ພູມ­ລຳ­ເນົາ​ອັນ​ເປັນ​ຊັບ​ສິນ​ຂອງ​ຕົນ ແລະ​ກັບ​ໄປ​ສູ່​ຄອບ­ຄົວ​ຂອງ​ຕົນAnd ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.
11ປີ​ທີ​ຫ້າ​ສິບ​ນັ້ນ​ເປັນ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ໃນ​ປີ​ນັ້ນ​ເຈົ້າ​ຢ່າ​ຫວ່ານ​ພືດ ຫລື​ກ່ຽວ​ເກັບ​ຜົນ​ທີ່​ເກີດ​ຂື້ນ​ມາ​ເອງ ຫລື​ເກັບ​ໝາກ​ອະ­ງຸ່ນ​ຈາກ​ເຄືອ​ທີ່​ບໍ່​ໄດ້​ຕົກ­ແຕ່ງA jubilee shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather [the grapes] in it of the undressed vines.
12ເພາະ​ເປັນ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ ຈະ​ເປັນ​ປີ​ບໍ­ລິ­ສຸດ​ແກ່​ເຈົ້າ ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ກິນ​ພືດ​ຜົນ​ທີ່​ເກີດ​ມາ​ຈາກ​ນາ​ໃນ​ປີ​ນັ້ນFor it is a jubilee; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.
13ໃນ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ​ນີ້​ໃຫ້​ທຸກ​ຄົນ​ກັບ​ໄປ​ສູ່​ພູມ­ລຳ­ເນົາ​ອັນ​ເປັນ​ຊັບ​ສິນ​ຂອງ​ຕົນIn this year of jubilee ye shall return every man unto his possession.
14ຖ້າ​ເຈົ້າ​ຂາຍ​ນາ​ໃຫ້​ເພື່ອນ​ບ້ານ​ກໍ​ດີ ຫລື​ຊື້​ຈາກ​ເພື່ອນ​ບ້ານ​ກໍ​ດີ ເຈົ້າ​ຢ່າ​ສໍ້​ໂກງ​ກັນAnd if thou sell aught unto thy neighbor, or buy of thy neighbor's hand, ye shall not wrong one another.
15ຕາມ​ຈຳ­ນວນ​ປີ​ຫລັງ​ຈາກ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ຊື້​ນາ​ຈາກ​ເພື່ອນ​ບ້ານ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ແລະ​ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ຂາຍ​ແກ່​ເຈົ້າ​ຕາມ​ຈຳ­ນວນ​ປີ​ທີ່​ປູກ​ພືດ​ໄດ້According to the number of years after the jubilee thou shalt buy of thy neighbor, [and] according unto the number of years of the crops he shall sell unto thee.
16ຖ້າ​ຫລາຍ​ປີ​ກໍ​ຕ້ອງ​ເພີ່ມ​ລາ­ຄາ​ສູງ​ຂຶ້ນ ຖ້າ​ໜ້ອຍ​ປີ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ລຸດ­ລາ­ຄາ​ໃຫ້​ຕ່ຳ​ລົງ ເພາະ​ທີ່​ລາວ​ຂາຍ​ນັ້ນ ລາວ​ກໍ​ຂາຍ​ຕາມ​ຈຳ­ນວນ​ປີ​ທີ່​ປູກ​ພືດAccording to the multitude of the years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of the years thou shalt diminish the price of it; for the number of the crops doth he sell unto thee.
17ເຈົ້າ​ຢ່າ​ສໍ້​ໂກງ​ກັນ ແຕ່​ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ຢຳ​ເກງພຣະ­ເຈົ້າຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ເພາະ​ເຮົາ​ຄືພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າພຣະ­ເຈົ້າຂອງ​ເຈົ້າAnd ye shall not wrong one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am Jehovah your God.
18ເພາະ­ສະ­ນັ້ນ ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ເຮັດ​ຕາມ​ກົດ­ເກນ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ ແລະ​ຮັກ­ສາ​ຄຳ​ຕັດ­ສິນ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ ແລະ​ປະ­ຕິ­ບັດ​ຕາມ ເພື່ອ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ໃນ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ນັ້ນ​ໄດ້​ຢ່າງ​ປອດ​ໄພWherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep mine ordinances and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.
19ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ຈະ​ອຳ­ນວຍ​ຜົນ​ໃຫ້​ເຈົ້າ​ໄດ້​ກິນ​ຢ່າງ​ອິ່ມ­ໜຳ­ສຳ­ລານ ແລະ​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ຢ່າງ​ປອດ​ໄພAnd the land shall yield its fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.
20ຖ້າ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ເວົ້າ​ວ່າ ‘ເບິ່ງ​ແມ ຖ້າ​ເຮົາ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ຫວ່ານ ຫລື​ກ່ຽວ​ພືດ​ຜົນ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້ ໃນ​ປີ​ທີ​ເຈັດ​ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ເອົາ​ຫຍັງ​ກິນ’And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? Behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase;
21ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ບັນ­ຊາ​ພອນ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ​ໃຫ້​ມີ​ເໜືອ​ເຈົ້າ​ໃນ​ປີ​ທີ​ຫົກ ເພື່ອ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ມີ​ພືດ​ຜົນ​ພໍ​ສຳ­ລັບ​ສາມ​ປີthen I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for the three years.
22ເມື່ອ​ເຈົ້າ​ຫວ່ານ​ໃນ​ປີ​ທີ​ແປດ ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ກິນ​ຂອງ​ເກົ່າ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈົນ​ປີ​ທີ​ເກົ້າ ເມື່ອ​ເຈົ້າ​ໄດ້​ພືດ​ຜົນ​ໃໝ່​ເຂົ້າ​ມາ ເຈົ້າ​ກໍ​ຍັງ​ກິນ​ພືດ​ຜົນ​ເກົ່າ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ຢູ່And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat of the fruits, the old store; until the ninth year, until its fruits come in, ye shall eat the old store.
23ເຈົ້າ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ຈະ​ຂາຍ​ທີ່​ດິນ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ໃຫ້​ຂາດ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້​ເພາະ­ວ່າ​ດິນ​ນັ້ນ​ເປັນ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ ເພາະ​ເຈົ້າ​ເປັນ​ແຂກ­ເມືອງ​ແລະ​ເປັນ​ຄົນ​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ກັບ​ເຮົາAnd the land shall not be sold in perpetuity; for the land is mine: for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.
24ທົ່ວ​ໄປ​ໃນ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ທີ່​ເຈົ້າ​ຍຶດ​ຖື​ຢູ່ ເຈົ້າ​ຈົ່ງ​ໃຫ້​ມີ­ການ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ທີ່​ດິນ​ຄືນAnd in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.
25ຖ້າ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ຍາກ­ຈົນ​ລົງ ແລະ​ຂາຍ​ທີ່​ດິນ​ສ່ວນ​ຫນຶ່ງ​ຂອງ​ລາວ ຫາກ​ວ່າ​ມີ​ຜູ້​ໃດ​ໃນ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ມາ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ດິນ​ນັ້ນ ກໍ​ຈົ່ງ​ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ດິນ​ຊຶ່ງ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ຂາຍ​ໄປ​ນັ້ນIf thy brother be waxed poor, and sell some of his possession, then shall his kinsman that is next unto him come, and shall redeem that which his brother hath sold.
26ຖ້າ​ຊາຍ​ຄົນ​ນັ້ນ​ບໍ່​ມີ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ມາ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ໃຫ້ ແລະ​ຕົວ​ລາວ​ສາ­ມາດ​ຈະ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ເອງAnd if a man have no one to redeem it, and he be waxed rich and find sufficient to redeem it;
27ກໍ​ຈົ່ງ​ໃຫ້​ຄົນ​ທີ່​ຈະ​ໄຖ່​ນັບ​ປີ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ທີ່​ລາວ​ຂາຍ​ໄປ ແລະ​ເງິນ​ທີ່​ເຫລືອ​ນັ້ນ​ຈົ່ງ​ຄືນ​ໃຫ້​ແກ່​ຄົນ​ທີ່​ລາວ​ຂາຍ​ໃຫ້ ແລະ​ຄົນ​ໄຖ່​ກໍ​ເຂົ້າ​ຢູ່​ໃນ​ທີ່​ດິນ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ໄດ້then let him reckon the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; and he shall return unto his possession.
28ແຕ່​ຖ້າ​ລາວ​ບໍ່​ສາ­ມາດ​ທີ່​ຈະ​ໄຖ່​ຄືນ​ມາ ທີ່​ດິນ​ທີ່​ລາວ​ໄດ້​ຂາຍ​ໄປ​ຢູ່​ໃນ​ມື​ຂອງ​ຜູ້​ຊື້​ຈົນ​ຮອດ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ ແລະ​ໃນ​ປີ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ​ນີ້ ທີ່​ດິນ​ຈະ​ອອກ​ໄປ ແລະ​ລາວ​ຈະ​ໄດ້​ທີ່​ດິນ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ກັບ​ຄືນ​ມາBut if he be not able to get it back for himself, then that which he hath sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubilee: and in the jubilee it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.
29ຖ້າ​ຜູ້​ໃດ​ຂາຍ​ເຮືອນ​ຊຶ່ງ​ຢູ່​ໃນ​ເມືອງ​ທີ່​ມີ​ກຳ­ແພງ ເມື່ອ​ຂາຍ​ໄປ​ແລ້ວ​ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ຄືນ​ໄດ້​ພາຍ​ໃນ​ໜຶ່ງ​ປີ​ທຳ­ອິດ ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ມີ​ສິດ​ໃນ​ການ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ຄືນ​ໄດ້​ໜຶ່ງ​ປີ​ເຕັມAnd if a man sell a dwelling-house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; for a full year shall he have the right of redemption.
30ຖ້າ​ໃນ​ເວ­ລາ​ໜຶ່ງ​ປີ​ເຕັມ​ລາວ​ບໍ່​ເຮັດ​ການ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ ກໍ​ໃຫ້​ຜູ້​ທີ່​ຊື້​ໄປ​ຈະ​ມີ​ສິດ​ເໜືອ​ເຮືອນ​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ໃນ​ເມືອງ​ທີ່​ມີ​ກຳ­ແພງ​ນັ້ນ ຕະ­ຫລອດ​ຊົ່ວ​ອາ­ຍຸ​ຂອງ​ລາວ ໃນ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ ລາວ​ກໍ​ບໍ່​ຕ້ອງ​ຄືນ​ໃຫ້And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be made sure in perpetuity to him that bought it, throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubilee.
31ແຕ່​ເຮືອນ​ໃນ​ຊົນ­ນະ­ບົດ​ທີ່​ບໍ່​ມີ​ກຳ­ແພງ​ອ້ອມ​ໃຫ້​ນັບ​ເຂົ້າ​ເປັນ​ພວກ​ດຽວ​ກັບ​ທົ່ງ​ນາ​ໃນ​ປະ­ເທດ​ນັ້ນ ຄື​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ຄືນ​ໄດ້ ແລະ​ຈະ​ຕ້ອງ​ຄືນ​ໃຫ້​ເຈົ້າ​ຂອງ​ເດີມ​ໃນ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດBut the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be reckoned with the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubilee.
32ແຕ່​ຢ່າງ­ໃດ​ກໍ​ຕາມ ເມືອງ​ຂອງ​ຄົນເລ­ວີ ຫລື​ເຮືອນ​ໃນ​ເມືອງ​ທີ່​ລາວ​ຖື​ກຳ­ມະ­ສິດ ຄົນເລ­ວີຈະ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ຄືນ​ໄດ້​ທຸກ​ເວ­ລາNevertheless the cities of the Levites, the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.
33ຖ້າ​ຜູ້​ໃດ​ຊື້​ສິ່ງ​ຂອງ​ຈາກ​ຄົນເລ­ວີ ເຮືອນ​ຊຶ່ງ​ຖືກ​ຂາຍ​ໄປ​ນັ້ນ​ກັບ​ເມືອງ​ທີ່​ລາວ​ຖື​ກຳ­ມະ­ສິດ​ຕ້ອງ​ກັບ​ຄືນ​ໃນ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ ເພາະ​ເຮືອນ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ໃນ​ຫົວ​ເມືອງ​ຂອງ​ພວກເລ­ວີກໍ​ເປັນ​ກຳ­ມະ­ສິດ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ທ່າມ­ກາງ​ພວກອິ­ສຣາ­ເອນAnd if one of the Levites redeem, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the jubilee; for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.
34ແຕ່​ທົ່ງ​ນາ​ທີ່​ອ້ອມ​ຮອບ​ຫົວ​ເມືອງ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ຂອງ​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ນັ້ນ​ຈະ​ຂາຍ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້ ເພາະ­ວ່າ​ເປັນ​ກຳ­ມະ­ສິດ​ຖາ­ວອນ​ຂອງ​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍBut the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.
35ຖ້າ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ຍາກ­ຈົນ​ລົງ ແລະ​ລ້ຽງ​ຕົວ​ເອງ​ຢູ່​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້ ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ຕ້ອງ​ຊູ​ກຳ­ລັງ​ລາວ ເຖິງ​ລາວ​ຈະ​ເປັນ​ແຂກ­ເມືອງ ຫລື​ຄົນ​ອາ­ໄສ ເພື່ອ​ລາວ​ຈະ​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າAnd if thy brother be waxed poor, and his hand fail with thee; then thou shalt uphold him: [as] a stranger and a sojourner shall he live with thee.
36ຢ່າ​ເອົາ​ດອກ​ເບ້ຍ ຫລື​ເງິນ​ເພີ່ມ​ຫຍັງ​ຈາກ​ລາວ ແຕ່​ຈົ່ງ​ຢຳ​ເກງພຣະ­ເຈົ້າ ເພື່ອ​ວ່າ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ຢູ່​ໃກ້­ຊິດ​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າ​ໄດ້Take thou no interest of him or increase, but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.
37ເຈົ້າ​ຢ່າ​ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ຢືມ​ເງິນ​ດ້ວຍ​ຄິດ​ດອກ​ເບ້ຍ ຫລື​ຢ່າ​ໃຫ້​ອາ­ຫານ​ເພື່ອ​ເອົາ​ກຳ­ໄລ​ຈາກ​ລາວThou shalt not give him thy money upon interest, nor give him thy victuals for increase.
38ເຮົາ​ຄືພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າພຣະ­ເຈົ້າຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ຊຶ່ງ​ເອົາ​ເຈົ້າ​ອອກ​ຈາກ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນເອ­ຢິບ ເພື່ອ​ຍົກ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນກາ­ນາ­ອານໃຫ້​ແກ່​ເຈົ້າ ແລະ​ເພື່ອ​ຈະ​ເປັນພຣະ­ເຈົ້າຂອງ​ເຈົ້າI am Jehovah your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, [and] to be your God.
39ຖ້າ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ໃກ້­ຊິດ​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າ​ຍາກ­ຈົນ​ລົງ ແລະ​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ໃຫ້​ແກ່​ເຈົ້າ ເຈົ້າ​ຢ່າ​ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ເຮັດ​ວຽກ​ເໝືອນ​ຂ້າ​ທາດAnd if thy brother be waxed poor with thee, and sell himself unto thee; thou shalt not make him to serve as a bond-servant.
40ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ຢູ່​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າ​ຄື​ລູກ­ຈ້າງ ຫລື​ຄົນ​ທີ່​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ດ້ວຍ ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ບົວ­ລະ­ບັດ​ເຈົ້າ​ໄປ​ຮອດ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດAs a hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee; he shall serve with thee unto the year of jubilee:
41ແລ້ວ​ລາວ ແລະ​ລູກ​ຫລານ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ຈະ​ອອກ​ໄປ​ຈາກ​ເຈົ້າ​ກັບ​ໄປ​ສູ່​ຄອບ­ຄົວ​ຂອງ​ລາວ ແລະ​ກັບ​ໄປ​ຢູ່​ໃນ​ທີ່​ດິນ​ຂອງ​ພໍ່​ຂອງ​ລາວthen shall he go out from thee, he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.
42ເພາະ­ວ່າ​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ເປັນ​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ​ທີ່​ເຮົາ​ພາ​ອອກ​ຈາກ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນເອ­ຢິບ ລາວ​ຈະ​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ເປັນ​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້For they are my servants, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.
43ເຈົ້າ​ຢ່າ​ຂົ່ມ­ເຫງ​ລາວ​ໃຫ້​ລຳ­ບາກ ແຕ່​ຈົ່ງ​ຢຳ​ເກງພຣະ­ເຈົ້າຂອງ​ເຈົ້າThou shalt not rule over him with rigor, but shalt fear thy God.
44ສ່ວນ​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ຊາຍ​ຍິງ​ຊຶ່ງ​ຈະ​ມີ​ໄດ້​ນັ້ນ ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ຊື້​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ຊາຍ​ຍິງ​ຈາກ​ທ່າມ­ກາງ​ບັນ­ດາ​ປະ­ຊາ­ຊາດ​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ຂ້າງ​ເຈົ້າ​ກໍ​ໄດ້And as for thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, whom thou shalt have; of the nations that are round about you, of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.
45ຍິ່ງ​ກວ່າ​ນັ້ນ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ຊື້​ຈາກ​ຄົນ​ຕ່າງ​ດ້າວ​ທີ່​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ໃນ​ໝູ່​ພວກ​ເຈົ້າ​ທັງ​ຄອບ­ຄົວ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ຊຶ່ງ​ເປັນ​ຄົນ​ເກີດ​ໃນ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ແລະ​ລາວ​ຈະ​ຕົກ​ເປັນ​ຊັບ​ສິນ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ກໍ​ໄດ້Moreover of the children of the strangers that sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they have begotten in your land: and they shall be your possession.
46ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ມອບ​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ໃຫ້​ເປັນ​ມໍ­ລະ­ດົກ​ແກ່​ລູກ​ຫລານ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ ໃຫ້​ເປັນ​ມໍ­ລະ­ດົກ​ແກ່​ພວກ​ເຂົາ ເປັນ​ກຳ­ມະ­ສິດ ເຈົ້າ​ໃຊ້​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ໄດ້​ເໝືອນ​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ເປັນ­ນິດ​ກໍ​ໄດ້ ແຕ່​ເຈົ້າ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ຢ່າ​ປົກ­ຄອງ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ຄົນອິ­ສຣາ­ເອນດ້ວຍ​ຄວາມ​ຮຸນ​ແຮງAnd ye shall make them an inheritance for your children after you, to hold for a possession; of them shall ye take your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel ye shall not rule, one over another, with rigor.
47ຖ້າ​ຄົນ​ຕ່າງ​ດ້າວ ຫລື​ຄົນ​ທີ່​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າ​ຮັ່ງ­ມີ​ຂຶ້ນ ແລະ​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ໃກ້­ຊິດ​ກັບ​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ຍາກ­ຈົນ​ລົງ​ແລະ​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ໃຫ້​ແກ່​ຄົນ​ຕ່າງ​ດ້າວ ຫລື​ຜູ້​ທີ່​ອາ­ໄສ​ຢູ່​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າ​ນັ້ນ ຫລື​ຂາຍ​ໃຫ້​ແກ່​ພີ​ນ້ອງ​ຄົນ​ໜຶ່ງ​ຄົນ​ໃດ​ຂອງ​ຄົນ​ຕ່າງ​ດ້າວ​ນັ້ນAnd if a stranger or sojourner with thee be waxed rich, and thy brother be waxed poor beside him, and sell himself unto the stranger [or] sojourner with thee, or to the stock of the stranger's family;
48ເມື່ອ​ລາວ​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ແລ້ວ​ກໍ​ໃຫ້​ມີ­ການ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ ຄື​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ຄົນ​ໜຶ່ງ​ຄົນ​ໃດ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ເຮັດ​ການ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ລາວ​ໄດ້after that he is sold he may be redeemed: one of his brethren may redeem him;
49ຫລື​ລຸງ ຫລື​ລູກ​ພີ່​ລູກ​ນ້ອງ​ຈະ​ເຮັດ​ການ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ລາວ​ກໍ​ໄດ້ ຫລື​ພີ່­ນ້ອງ​ສະ​ນິດ​ຂອງ​ຄອບ­ຄົວ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ຈະ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ລາວ​ກໍ​ໄດ້ ຫລື​ຖ້າ​ລາວ​ມີ​ຄວາມ​ສາ­ມາດ ລາວ​ຈະ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ຕົວ​ເອງ​ກໍ​ໄດ້or his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be waxed rich, he may redeem himself.
50ຈົ່ງ​ໃຫ້​ຜູ້​ທີ່​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ນັບ​ປີ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ທີ່​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ກັບ​ຜູ້​ທີ່​ຊື້​ຕົວ​ລາວ​ໄປ​ວ່າ ລາວ​ໄດ້​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ຈັກ​ປີ​ຈົນ​ຮອດ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ ຄ່າ​ຕົວ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ເປັນ​ຄ່າ​ຕາມ​ຈຳ­ນວນ​ປີ​ເຫລົ່າ­ນັ້ນ ເວ­ລາ​ທີ່​ລາວ​ຢູ່​ກັບ​ເຈົ້າ​ຂອງ ຕົວ​ລາວ​ນັ້ນ​ຈະ​ຄິດ​ຕາມ​ເວ­ລາ​ຂອງ​ລູກ­ຈ້າງAnd he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he sold himself to him unto the year of jubilee: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years; according to the time of a hired servant shall he be with him.
51ຖ້າ​ມີ​ເວ­ລາ​ອີກ​ຫລາຍ​ປີ ລາວ​ຕ້ອງ​ຊຳ­ລະ​ເງິນ​ຄືນ​ເທົ່າ​ກັບ​ເງິນ​ທີ່​ຖືກ​ຊື້​ມາ ນັບ​ເປັນ​ຄ່າ​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ຕົວ​ລາວIf there be yet many years, according unto them he shall give back the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.
52ຖ້າ​ຍັງ​ເຫລືອ​ໜ້ອຍ​ປີ​ຈະ​ຮອດ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ ກໍ​ໃຫ້​ຜູ້​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ຄິດ​ກັບ​ຜູ້​ຊື້​ຕົວ​ໄວ້​ເປັນ​ລາ­ຄາ​ຄ່າ​ໄຖ່​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ນັ້ນ ແລະ​ຕາມ​ຈຳ­ນວນ​ປີ​ເຫລົ່າ­ນັ້ນ ລາວ​ຈະ​ຄືນ​ເງິນ​ໃຫ້​ກັບ​ຜູ້​ຊື້​ຕົວAnd if there remain but few years unto the year of jubilee, then he shall reckon with him; according unto his years shall he give back the price of his redemption.
53ຜູ້​ຂາຍ​ຕົວ​ນັ້ນ​ຈະ​ຢູ່​ກັບ​ຜູ້​ຊື້​ຕົວ​ດັ່ງ​ລູກ­ຈ້າງ​ທີ່​ຈ້າງ​ເປັນ​ປີ ຢ່າ​ໃຫ້​ນາຍ​ປົກ­ຄອງ​ຂົ່ມ­ເຫງ​ລາວ​ໃນ​ສາຍ­ຕາ​ຂອງ​ເຈົ້າAs a servant hired year by year shall he be with him: he shall not rule with rigor over him in thy sight.
54ຖ້າ​ລາວ​ບໍ່​ໄຖ່​ຖອນ​ຕາມ​ທີ່​ກ່າວ​ມາ​ນີ້​ກໍ​ໃຫ້​ປ່ອຍ​ລາວ​ໃນ​ປີ​ແຫ່ງ​ສຽງ​ເຂົາ​ສັດ ທັງ​ລາວ​ພ້ອມ​ກັບ​ລູກ​ຂອງ​ລາວAnd if he be not redeemed by these [means], then he shall go out in the year of jubilee, he, and his children with him.
55ສຳ­ລັບ​ເຮົາ ຄົນອິ­ສຣາ­ເອນເປັນ​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ເປັນ​ຂ້າ​ທາດ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ​ທີ່​ເຮົາ​ພາ​ອອກ​ຈາກ​ແຜ່ນ­ດິນເອ­ຢິບ ເຮົາ​ຄືພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າພຣະ­ເຈົ້າຂອງ​ເຈົ້າ”For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am Jehovah your God.
