1	ພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າຊົງ​ກ່າວ​ວ່າ ນີ້​ແມ່ນ​ຜູ້​ຮັບ​ໃຊ້​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ ຜູ້​ທີ່​ເຮົາ​ອູ້ມ­ຊູ ຜູ້​ທີ່​ເຮົາ​ເລືອກ​ເອົາ​ໄວ້​ດ້ວຍ​ຄວາມ​ພໍ­ພຣະ­ໄທ ເຮົາ​ໃຫ້​ລາວ​ມີ​ອຳ­ນາດ​ອັນ​ບໍ­ລິ­ສຸດ ລາວ​ຈະ​ນຳ​ຄວາມ​ຍຸດ­ຕິ​ທຳ​ໄປ​ຍັງ​ຊົນ​ຊາດ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ.	Behold, my servant, whom I uphold; my chosen, in whom my soul delighteth: I have put my Spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.
2	ລາວ​ຈະ​ບໍ່​ຮ້ອງ ຫລື​ເປັ່ງ­ສຽງ​ອອກ​ໄປ ຫລື​ຈະ​ບໍ່​ປ່າວ​ປະ­ກາດ​ຕາມ​ຖະ­ໜົນ​ຫົນ­ທາງ.	He will not cry, nor lift up his voice, nor cause it to be heard in the street.
3	ຕົ້ນ​ອໍ້​ທີ່​ບວມ​ຊ້ຳ​ແລ້ວ​ເພິ່ນ​ຍັງ​ບໍ່​ເຮັດ​ໃຫ້​ຂາດ ຕະ­ກຽງ​ໃກ້​ຈະ​ມອດ​ແລ້ວ ເພິ່ນ​ຍັງ​ບໍ່​ເຮັດ​ໃຫ້​ມອດ ຈະ​ນຳ​ເອົາ​ຄວາມ​ຍຸດ­ຕິ​ທຳ​ອັນ​ທ່ຽງ​ແທ້​ຖາ­ວອນ​ໄປ​ໃຫ້​ຄົນ​ທັງ​ປວງ.	A bruised reed will he not break, and a dimly burning wick will he not quench: he will bring forth justice in truth.
4	ລາວ​ຈະ​ບໍ່​ສູນ​ເສຍ​ຄວາມ​ຫວັງ ຫລື​ຄວາມ​ກ້າ­ຫານ ຈະ​ຕັ້ງ​ຄວາມ​ຍຸດ­ຕິ​ທຳ​ໄວ້​ໃນ​ໂລກ ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ທີ່​ຫ່າງ​ໄກ​ຈະ​ລໍ­ຄອຍ​ຄຳ​ສອນ​ຂອງ​ລາວ​ດ້ວຍ​ຄວາມ​ຮ້ອນ­ຮົນ.”	He will not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set justice in the earth; and the isles shall wait for his law.
5	ພຣະ­ເຈົ້າຊົງ​ສ້າງ​ທ້ອງ­ຟ້າ ແລະ​ກາງ​ມັນ​ອອກ​ໄປ ຊົງ​ຕົກ­ແຕ່ງ​ໂລກ ແລະ​ທຸກໆ ສິ່ງ​ທີ່​ມີ​ຊີ­ວິດ ຊົງ​ໃຫ້​ຊີ­ວິດ​ແລະ​ລົມ​ຫາຍ­ໃຈ​ແກ່​ຄົນ​ທັງ​ປວງ ແລະ​ບັດ​ນີ້ ອົງພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າຊົງ​ກ່າວ​ຕໍ່​ຜູ້​ຮັບ​ໃຊ້​ຂອງ​ພຣະ­ອົງ​ວ່າ,	Thus saith God Jehovah, he that created the heavens, and stretched them forth; he that spread abroad the earth and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:
6	“ເຮົາ ພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າໄດ້​ເອີ້ນ​ເຈົ້າ​ມາ ແລະ​ໃຫ້​ອຳ­ນາດ​ແກ່​ເຈົ້າ ເພື່ອ​ໃຫ້​ຄວາມ​ມຸ່ງ​ໝາຍ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ​ສຳ­ເລັດ​ຜົນ​ແລະ​ຖືກ­ຕ້ອງ ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ໃຫ້​ມີ​ສຳ­ພັນ​ທະ​ໄມ­ຕີ​ກັບ​ຊົນ​ຊາດ​ທັງ​ປວງ ແລະ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ນຳ​ເອົາ​ຄວາມ​ສະ­ຫງ່າ​ລາ­ສີ​ມາ​ຍັງ​ປະ­ຊາ­ຊາດ.	I, Jehovah, have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thy hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
7	ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ເຮັດ​ໃຫ້​ຄົນ​ຕາ­ບອດ​ເຫັນ­ຮຸ່ງ ແລະ​ຈະ​ປ່ອຍ​ຜູ້​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ໃນ​ຄຸກ​ມືດ​ເປັນ​ອິດ­ສະ­ຫລະ	to open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison-house.
8	ນີ້​ຄື​ພຣະ­ນາມ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ ແມ່ນ​ເຮົາ​ຜູ້​ດຽວ​ເທົ່າ​ນັ້ນ​ທີ່​ເປັນພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າ ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ບໍ່​ແບ່ງ­ປັນ​ພຣະ­ລັດ­ສະ­ໝີ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ​ໃຫ້​ພະ​ອື່ນ ແລະ​ຈະ​ບໍ່​ແບ່ງ­ປັນ​ຄວາມ​ສັນ­ລະ­ເສີນ​ໃຫ້​ຮູບ​ເຄົາ­ລົບ.	I am Jehovah, that is my name; and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise unto graven images.
9	ສິ່ງ​ທີ່​ເຮົາ​ໄດ້​ກ່າວ​ທຳ­ນວາຍ​ໄວ້​ໄດ້​ກາຍ­ເປັນ​ຈິງ​ແລ້ວ ບັດ​ນີ້​ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ບອກ​ສິ່ງ​ໃໝ່ໆ ແກ່​ເຈົ້າ ກ່ອນ​ທີ່​ສິ່ງ​ເຫລົ່າ­ນັ້ນ​ຈະ​ໄດ້​ເກີດ​ຂຶ້ນ.”	Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare; before they spring forth I tell you of them.
10	ຈົ່ງ​ຮ້ອງ­ເພງ​ບົດ​ໃໝ່​ຖວາຍພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າ ທົ່ວ​ໂລກ​ຈົ່ງ​ຮ້ອງ­ເພງ​ສັນ­ລະ­ເສີນ​ພຣະ­ອົງ! ພວກ​ເຈົ້າ​ທີ່​ແລ່ນ​ເຮືອ​ໃນ​ທະ­ເລ ຈົ່ງ​ສັນ­ລະ­ເສີນ​ພຣະ­ອົງ ທຸກໆ ສິ່ງ​ທີ່​ຊົງ​ສ້າງ​ໄວ້​ໃນ​ທະ­ເລ ຈົ່ງ​ສັນ­ລະ­ເສີນ​ພຣະ­ອົງ ແຜ່ນ­ດິນ​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ຫ່າງ​ໄກ ແລະ​ທຸກໆ ຄົນ​ໃນ​ທີ່​ນັ້ນ ຈົ່ງ​ສັນ­ລະ­ເສີນ​ພຣະ­ອົງ.	Sing unto Jehovah a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth; ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein, the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.
11	ຖິ່ນ​ແຫ້ງ­ແລ້ງ​ກັນ­ດານ ແລະ​ຫົວ​ເມືອງ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ ຈົ່ງ​ສັນ­ລະ­ເສີນ​ພຣະ­ອົງ ປະ­ຊາ­ຊົນເກ­ດາຈົ່ງ​ສັນ­ລະ­ເສີນ​ພຣະ­ອົງ ຜູ້​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ໃນ​ເມືອງເສ­ລາຈົ່ງ​ຮ້ອງ​ໂຮ​ມ່ວນ­ຊື່ນ​ຈາກ​ເທິງ​ຈອມ​ພູ.	Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up [their voice], the villages that Kedar doth inhabit; let the inhabitants of Sela sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.
12	ຜູ້​ທີ່­ຢູ່​ໃນ​ປະ­ເທດ​ຫ່າງ​ໄກ ຈົ່ງ​ຖວາຍ​ຄຳ​ສັນ­ລະ­ເສີນ​ແລະ​ສະ­ຫງ່າ​ລາ­ສີ​ແດ່​ພຣະ­ອົງ.	Let them give glory unto Jehovah, and declare his praise in the islands.
13	ພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າສະ­ເດັດ​ອອກ​ໄປ​ຕໍ່­ສູ້​ເໝືອນ​ວິ­ລະ­ບູ­ລຸດ ພຣະ­ອົງ​ຊົງ​ຕຽມ​ພ້ອມ ແລະ​ຮ້ອນ­ຮົນ​ໃນ​ການ​ຕໍ່­ສູ້ ຊົງ​ເປັ່ງ­ສຽງ​ສັ່ງ​ຮົບ ຊົງ​ສະ­ແດງ​ລິດ­ທາ­ນຸ­ພາບ​ຕໍ່­ໜ້າ​ພວກ​ສັດ­ຕູ.	Jehovah will go forth as a mighty man; he will stir up [his] zeal like a man of war: he will cry, yea, he will shout aloud; he will do mightily against his enemies.
14	ພຣະ­ເຈົ້າຊົງ​ກ່າວ​ວ່າ, “ເຮົາ​ໄດ້​ມິດ​ງຽບ​ຢູ່​ເຫິງ​ນານ​ແລ້ວ ເຮົາ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້​ຕອບ​ໄພ່​ພົນ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ ແຕ່​ບັດ​ນີ້​ໄດ້​ມາ​ເຖິງ​ແລ້ວ ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ຮ້ອງ​ອອກ​ມາ​ເໝືອນ​ຍິງ​ກຳ­ລັງ​ອອກ­ລູກ.	I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: [now] will I cry out like a travailing woman; I will gasp and pant together.
15	ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ທຳ­ລາຍ​ພູ​ນ້ອຍ​ພູ​ໃຫຍ່​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ ຈະ​ໃຫ້​ຕົ້ນ­ໄມ້ ແລະ​ຫຍ້າ​ຫ່ຽວ­ແຫ້ງ​ຕາຍ​ໄປ ຈະ​ໃຫ້​ແມ່­ນ້ຳ​ກາຍ­ເປັນ​ເກາະ­ດອນ ແລະ​ໃຫ້​ສະ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ແຫ້ງ​ໄປ.	I will lay waste mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs; and I will make the rivers islands, and will dry up the pools.
16	ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ຈູງ​ຄົນ​ຕາ­ບອດ​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ ໄປ​ຕາມ​ທາງ​ທີ່​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ບໍ່​ເຄີຍ​ໄປ ຈະ​ໃຫ້​ຄວາມ​ມືດ​ຂອງ​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ກາຍ­ເປັນ​ແສງ​ສະ­ຫວ່າງ ແລະ​ຈະ​ໃຫ້​ບ່ອນ​ສູງ​ຕ່ຳ​ເປັນ​ບ່ອນ​ຮາບ​ພຽງ ສິ່ງ​ເຫລົ່າ​ນີ້​ເຮົາ​ຈະ​ຕ້ອງ​ກະ­ທຳ.	And I will bring the blind by a way that they know not; in paths that they know not will I lead them; I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These things will I do, and I will not forsake them.
17	ຄົນ​ທັງ­ຫລາຍ​ທີ່​ເຊື່ອ​ຖື​ໃນ​ຮູບ​ເຄົາ­ລົບ ຜູ້​ທີ່​ຖື​ຮູບ​ພະ​ນັ້ນ​ເປັນ​ພະ​ຂອງ​ຕົນ​ນັ້ນ ຈະ​ອັບ­ອາຍ​ຂາຍ­ໜ້າ ແລະ​ເສຍ​ສັກ​ສີ.”	They shall be turned back, they shall be utterly put to shame, that trust in graven images, that say unto molten images, Ye are our gods.
18	ພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າຊົງ​ກ່າວ​ວ່າ, “ຄົນ​ຫູ­ໜວກ​ເອີຍ ຈົ່ງ​ຟັງ​ເດີ! ພວກ​ເຈົ້າ​ຜູ້​ຕາ­ບອດ​ເອີຍ ຈົ່ງ​ຟັງ​ຄັກໆ!	Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see.
19	ໃຜ​ເປັນ​ຄົນ​ຕາ­ບອດ​ກວ່າ​ຜູ້​ຮັບ​ໃຊ້​ຂອງ​ເຮົາ? ແລະ​ໃຜ​ຫູ­ໜວກ​ໜັກ​ກວ່າ​ຄົນ​ສົ່ງ​ຂ່າວ​ທີ່​ເຮົາ​ໃຊ້​ໄປ?	Who is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I send? who is blind as he that is at peace [with me], and blind as Jehovah's servant?
20	ອິ­ສຣາ­ເອນເອີຍ! ເຈົ້າ​ໄດ້​ເຫັນ​ຫລາຍ​ຢ່າງ ແຕ່​ບໍ່​ຮູ້​ທີບ​ຫຍັງ​ເລີຍ ເຈົ້າ​ມີ​ຫູ​ສຳ­ລັບ​ຟັງ ແຕ່​ເຈົ້າ​ໄດ້​ຍິນ​ຫຍັງ​ແດ່?	Thou seest many things, but thou observest not; his ears are open, but he heareth not.
21	ພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າຊົງ​ມີ​ພຣະ­ປະ­ສົງ​ຢ່າງ​ແຮງ​ກ້າ​ຢາກ​ຊ່ອຍ​ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ໃຫ້​ພົ້ນ​ໄພ ຈຶ່ງ​ໄດ້​ແຕ່ງ­ຕັ້ງ​ຄຳ​ສັ່ງ­ສອນ​ຂອງ​ພຣະ­ອົງ​ຢ່າງ​ມີ​ກຽດ.	It pleased Jehovah, for his righteousness' sake, to magnify the law, and make it honorable.
22	ແຕ່​ໄພ່​ພົນ​ຂອງ​ພຣະ­ອົງ​ໄດ້​ຖືກ​ເຂົາ​ປຸ້ນ ຖືກ​ເຂົາ​ຈັບ​ຂັງ​ໄວ້​ໃນ​ຫ້ອງ​ມືດ ແລະ​ເອົາ​ເຊື່ອງ​ໄວ້​ໃນ​ຄຸກ ພວກ​ເຂົາ​ຖືກ​ລັກ ແລະ​ປຸ້ນ​ເອົາ​ໄປ ໂດຍ​ບໍ່​ມີ​ໃຜ​ມາ​ຊ່ອຍ​ເຫລືອ​ເລີຍ.	But this is a people robbed and plundered; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison-houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.
23	ມີ​ໃຜ​ໃນ​ພວກ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ຟັງ​ເລື່ອງ​ນີ້​ແດ່? ຕໍ່​ແຕ່​ນີ້​ໄປ​ພວກ​ເຈົ້າ​ຈະ​ຕັ້ງ­ໃຈ​ຟັງ​ບໍ?	Who is there among you that will give ear to this? that will hearken and hear for the time to come?
24	ໃຜ​ມອບອິ­ສຣາ­ເອນໃຫ້​ແກ່​ພວກ​ປຸ້ນ? ແມ່ນພຣະ­ຜູ້­ເປັນ­ເຈົ້າເອງ​ເປັນ​ຜູ້​ມອບ ຍ້ອນ​ເຮົາ ເຮັດ​ບາບ​ຕໍ່­ສູ້​ພຣະ­ອົງ! ພວກ​ເຮົາ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້​ດຳ­ເນີນ​ຊີ­ວິດ​ຕາມ​ປະ­ສົງ​ຂອງ​ພຣະ­ອົງ ຫລື​ບໍ່​ເຊື່ອ​ຟັງ​ຄຳ​ສັ່ງ­ສອນ​ທີ່​ພຣະ­ອົງ​ຊົງ​ບອກ.	Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not Jehovah? he against whom we have sinned, and in whose ways they would not walk, neither were they obedient unto his law.
25	ສະ­ນັ້ນ ພຣະ­ອົງ​ຈຶ່ງ​ຊົງ​ພຣະ­ພິ­ໂລດ​ພວກ​ເຮົາ ແລະ​ຊົງ​ໃຫ້​ປະ­ສົບ​ກັບ​ໄພ​ສົງ­ຄາມ​ຢ່າງ​ຮ້າຍ​ແຮງ ຄວາມ​ໂກດ​ຮ້າຍ​ຂອງ​ພຣະ­ອົງ​ຮ້ອນ​ໄປ​ທົ່ວ​ທັງອິ­ສຣາ­ເອນເໝືອນ​ດັ່ງ​ໄຟ​ເຜົາ ແຕ່​ພວກ​ເຮົາ​ບໍ່​ໄດ້​ຮູ້​ວ່າ​ມີ​ຫຍັງ​ເກີດ​ຂຶ້ນ ແລະ​ບໍ່​ສົນ­ໃຈ​ໃນ​ເລື່ອງ​ນີ້​ເລີຍ.	Therefore he poured upon him the fierceness of his anger, and the strength of battle; and it set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid it not to heart.
