ເອຊາຢາ

1	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ພຣະອົງເປັນພຣະເຈົ້າຂອງຂ້າພະອົງ ຂ້າພະອົງຈະຍົກພຣະກຽດພຣະອົງ ຂ້າພະອົງຈະສັນລະເສີນພຣະນາມຂອງພຣະອົງ ເພາະວ່າພຣະອົງໄດ້ຊົງກະທຳການອັດສະຈັນ ແຜນງານທີ່ພຣະອົງດຳລິໄວ້ດົນມາແລ້ວກໍສັດຊື່ ແລະເປັນຄວາມຈິງ	O Jehovah, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things, [even] counsels of old, in faithfulness [and] truth.
2	ເພາະວ່າພຣະອົງໄດ້ກະທຳໃຫ້ເມືອງເປັນກອງຂີ້ເຫຍື້ອ ເມືອງມີປ້ອມເປັນບ່ອນເພພັງ ວັງຂອງຊົນຕ່າງດ້າວບໍ່ເປັນເມືອງຕໍ່ໄປອີກ ຈະບໍ່ກໍ່ສ້າງຂຶ້ນອີກເລີຍ	For thou hast made of a city a heap, of a fortified city a ruin, a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built.
3	ເຫດສັນນັ້ນ ປະຊາຊາດທີ່ແຂງແຮງຈະຖວາຍສະຫງ່າລາສີແດ່ພຣະອົງ ຫົວເມືອງຂອງບັນດາປະຊາຊາດທີ່ທາລຸນ ຈະຢ້ານຢຳເກງພຣະອົງ	Therefore shall a strong people glorify thee; a city of terrible nations shall fear thee.
4	ເພາະວ່າພຣະອົງໄດ້ເປັນທີ່ກຳບັງອັນເຂັ້ມແຂງຂອງຄົນທຸກຍາກ ເປັນທີ່ກຳບັງອັນເຂັ້ມແຂງຂອງຄົນຂັດສົນເມື່ອລາວທຸກໃຈ ເປັນທີ່ກຳບັງຈາກພະຍຸ ແລະເປັນຮົ່ມກັນຄວາມຮ້ອນ ເມື່ອລົມຂອງຜູ້ທີ່ທາລຸນກໍຄືພະຍຸພັດກຳແພງ	For thou hast been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.
5	ຄືຄວາມຮ້ອນໃນທີ່ແຫ້ງແລ້ງ ພຣະອົງຈະລະງັບສຽງຂອງຄົນຕ່າງດ້າວ ຮົ່ມເມກລະງັບຄວາມຮ້ອນສັນໃດ ກິ່ງຂອງຜູ້ທາລຸນກໍຈະຖືກຕັດລົງສັນນັ້ນ	As the heat in a dry place wilt thou bring down the noise of strangers; as the heat by the shade of a cloud, the song of the terrible ones shall be brought low.
6	ເທິງພູເຂົານີ້ ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າແຫ່ງຈັກກະວານຈະຈັດງານລ້ຽງ ສຳລັບບັນດາຊົນຊາດທັງຫລາຍ ເປັນງານລ້ຽງດ້ວຍຂອງທີ່ມີນ້ຳມັນ ເປັນງານລ້ຽງດ້ວຍນ້ຳອະງຸ່ນທີ່ຕອງແລ້ວ ດ້ວຍຂອງຕຸ້ຍພີທີ່ມີໄຂມັນໃນກະດູກເຕັມ ດ້ວຍນ້ຳອະງຸ່ນທີ່ຕອງແລ້ວ	And in this mountain will Jehovah of hosts make unto all peoples a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.
7	ແລະເທິງພູເຂົານີ້ ພຣະອົງຈະທຳລາຍຜ້າປົກໜ້າ ຊຶ່ງປົກໜ້າບັນດາຊົນຊາດທັງຫລາຍ ແລະຜ້າກັ້ງຊຶ່ງກາງຢູ່ເໜືອບັນດາປະຊາຊາດ	And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering that covereth all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.
8	ພຣະອົງຈະກືນຄວາມຕາຍດ້ວຍການມີໄຊ ແລະອົງພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ພຣະເຈົ້າຈະເຊັດນ້ຳຕາຈາກໜ້າທັງປວງ ແລະພຣະອົງຈະເອົາການໝິ່ນປະໝາດຊົນຊາດຂອງພຣະອົງໄປຈາກທົ່ວແຜ່ນດິນໂລກ ເພາະວ່າພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າໄດ້ບອກໄວ້ແລ້ວ	He hath swallowed up death for ever; and the Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the reproach of his people will he take away from off all the earth: for Jehovah hath spoken it.
9	ໃນມື້ນັ້ນ ພວກເຂົາຈະກ່າວກັນວ່າ “ເບິ່ງແມ ນີ້ຄືພຣະເຈົ້າຂອງເຮົາທັງຫລາຍ ເຮົາໄດ້ຄອຍຖ້າພຣະອົງ ເພື່ອວ່າ ພຣະອົງຈະຊ່ວຍເຮົາໃຫ້ລອດພົ້ນ ນີ້ຄືພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ເຮົາໄດ້ລໍຄອຍຖ້າພຣະອົງ ໃຫ້ເຮົາຍິນດີແລະຊົມຊື່ນຍິນດີໃນຄວາມພົ້ນຂອງພຣະອົງ”	And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is Jehovah; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.
10	ເພາະວ່າພຣະຫັດຂອງພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຈະພັກຢູ່ເທິງພູເຂົານີ້ ແລະໂມອາບຈະຖືກຢຽບຢ່ຳລົງພາຍໃຕ້ພຣະອົງ ຄືຢຽບລົງໃນຂຸມຂີ້ສັດ	For in this mountain will the hand of Jehovah rest; and Moab shall be trodden down in his place, even as straw is trodden down in the water of the dung-hill.
11	ພຣະອົງຈະກາງພຣະຫັດຂອງພຣະອົງທ່າມກາງພວກເຂົາ ເໝືອນດັ່ງຄົນລອຍນ້ຳກາງມືລອຍນ້ຳ ແລະພຣະອົງຈະໃຫ້ ຄວາມຈອງຫອງຂອງພວກເຂົາຕ່ຳລົງພ້ອມກັບສີມືຊຳນານຂອງພວກເຂົາ	And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst thereof, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth [his hands] to swim; but [Jehovah] will lay low his pride together with the craft of his hands.
12	ປ້ອມສູງຂອງກຳແພງເມືອງຂອງເຈົ້ານັ້ນ ພຣະອົງຈະໃຫ້ຕ່ຳລົງ ຊົງວາງລົງ ແລະຖິ້ມລົງເຖິງດິນ ແມ່ນແຕ່ເຖິງຂີ້ຝຸ່ນດິນ	And the high fortress of thy walls hath he brought down, laid low, and brought to the ground, even to the dust.
