1	ດາຣິອຸດ ລາຊະໂອລົດຂອງກະສັດເຊເຊັດ ຜູ້ຊຶ່ງເປັນຄົນເຊື້ອສາຍເມເດຍ ໄດ້ປົກຄອງລາຊະອານາຈັກບາບີໂລນ.	In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans,
2	ໃນປີທຳອິດທີ່ພະອົງຊົງເປັນກະສັດນັ້ນ ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າ ດານີເອນໄດ້ຮ່ຳຮຽນພຣະຄຳພີ ແລະຄິດເຖິງເລື່ອງເຈັດສິບປີທີ່ນະຄອນເຢຣູຊາເລັມຈະຖືກທຳລາຍ ຕາມທີ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຊົງບອກ ເຢເຣມີຢາຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳນັ້ນ.	in the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years whereof the word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah the prophet, for the accomplishing of the desolations of Jerusalem, even seventy years.
3	ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າໄດ້ອ້ອນວອນດ້ວຍໃຈຮ້ອນຮົນຕໍ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ໄດ້ຮ້ອງຂໍຕໍ່ພຣະອົງ ໄດ້ອົດອາຫານ ໄດ້ນຸ່ງເຄື່ອງໄວ້ທຸກ ແລະນັ່ງໃນຂີ້ເທົ່າໄຟ.	And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting and sackcloth and ashes.
4	ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າໄດ້ອ້ອນວອນຕໍ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຂອງຂ້າພະເຈົ້າ ແລະຍອມຮັບສາລະພາບສິ່ງທີ່ຊົນຊາດຂອງຂ້າພະເຈົ້າໄດ້ເຮັດບາບວ່າ: ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ພຣະອົງຊົງຍິ່ງໃຫຍ່ ແລະໜ້າຢຳເກງ ຊົງເຮັດຕາມຄຳໝັ້ນສັນຍາຂອງພຣະອົງ ຊົງສະແດງຄວາມຮັກໝັ້ນຄົງຕໍ່ຄົນທັງຫລາຍທີ່ຈົງຮັກພັກດີຕໍ່ພຣະອົງ ແລະທີ່ປະຕິບັດຕາມຄຳສັ່ງຂອງພຣະອົງ.	And I prayed unto Jehovah my God, and made confession, and said, Oh, Lord, the great and dreadful God, who keepeth covenant and lovingkindness with them that love him and keep his commandments,
5	ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍໄດ້ເຮັດບາບ ໄດ້ເຮັດຊົ່ວ ແລະເຮັດບາບ ບໍ່ໄດ້ເຮັດສິ່ງທີ່ພຣະອົງຊົງສັ່ງໃຫ້ເຮັດ ແລະບໍ່ໄດ້ປະຕິເສດສິ່ງທີ່ພຣະອົງຊົງບອກວ່າຖືກຕ້ອງ.	we have sinned, and have dealt perversely, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even turning aside from thy precepts and from thine ordinances;
6	ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍບໍ່ເຄີຍເຊື່ອຟັງພວກຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳຂອງພຣະອົງ ຄືຜູ້ເວົ້າໃນພຣະນາມຂອງພຣະອົງຕໍ່ພວກກະສັດ ພວກປົກຄອງ ພວກບັນພະບູລຸດຂອງພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ແລະຕໍ່ຊົນຊາດທັງໝົດ.	neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, that spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.
7	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ພຣະອົງຊົງຊອບທຳສະເໝີ ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍທັງປວງ ພ້ອມທັງປະຊາຊົນຜູ້ຢູ່ໃນແຂວງຢູດາ ໃນນະຄອນເຢຣູຊາເລັມ ແລະຊາວອິສຣາເອນທີ່ພຣະອົງຊົງເຮັດໃຫ້ພວກເຂົາແຕກໄປຢູ່ໃນປະເທດໃກ້ ແລະໄກ ຍ້ອນພວກເຂົາບໍ່ເຊື່ອຟັງພຣະອົງນັ້ນ ໄດ້ເຮັດສິ່ງທີ່ໜ້າອັບອາຍສະເໝີ.	O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of face, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee.
8	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ພວກກະສັດ ພວກຜູ້ປົກຄອງແລະບັນພະບູລຸດຂອງພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ໄດ້ເຮັດສິ່ງທີ່ໜ້າອັບອາຍ ແລະສິ່ງທີ່ເປັນບາບຕໍ່ສູ້ພຣະອົງ.	O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee.
9	ພຣະອົງຊົງເມດຕາ ແລະຊົງໃຫ້ອະໄພ ແຕ່ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍໄດ້ກະບົດຕໍ່ສູ້ພຣະອົງ.	To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgiveness; for we have rebelled against him;
10	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ເມື່ອພຣະອົງຊົງບອກໃຫ້ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍເຮັດຕາມພຣະບັນຍັດ ໂດຍຊົງບອກຜ່ານທາງພວກຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳນັ້ນ ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍບໍ່ໄດ້ເຊື່ອຟັງພຣະອົງ.	neither have we obeyed the voice of Jehovah our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.
11	ຊາວອິສຣາເອນທັງປວງໄດ້ເຮັດຜິດພຣະບັນຍັດຂອງພຣະອົງ ແລະບໍ່ຍອມຟັງສິ່ງທີ່ພຣະອົງຊົງບອກ ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍໄດ້ເຮັດບາບຕໍ່ສູ້ພຣະອົງ ພຣະອົງໄດ້ຊົງນຳເອົາຄຳປ້ອຍດ່າທີ່ຂຽນໄວ້ໃນບັນຍັດຂອງໂມເຊ ຜູ້ຮັບໃຊ້ຂອງພຣະອົງມາລົງໂທດພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ.	Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even turning aside, that they should not obey thy voice: therefore hath the curse been poured out upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God; for we have sinned against him.
12	ຊົງເຮັດຕໍ່ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ແລະພວກຜູ້ປົກຄອງຕາມທີ່ພຣະອົງຊົງກ່າວໄວ້ ຊົງລົງໂທດນະຄອນເຢຣູຊາເລັມ ແຮງກວ່ານະຄອນອື່ນໆໃນໂລກ ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍໄດ້ຮັບໂທດທຸກຢ່າງຕາມທີ່ກ່າວໄວ້ໃນບັນຍັດຂອງໂມເຊ.	And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil; for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
13	ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍໄດ້ຮັບໂທດທຸກຢ່າງຕາມທີ່ກ່າວໄວ້ໃນບັນຍັດຂອງໂມເຊ ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຂອງພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ແຕ່ຈົນດຽວນີ້ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍກໍຍັງບໍ່ໄດ້ເຮັດໃຫ້ພຣະອົງຊົງພໍພຣະໄທ ຄືຍັງເຮັດບາບ ຫລືປະພຶດບໍ່ສັດຊື່ຢູ່.	As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet have we not entreated the favor of Jehovah our God, that we should turn from our iniquities, and have discernment in thy truth.
14	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຂອງພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ພຣະອົງໄດ້ຊົງຈັດຕຽມການລົງໂທດພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ແລະໄດ້ຊົງເຮັດການນັ້ນແລ້ວ ເພາະວ່າທຸກໆສິ່ງທີ່ພຣະອົງໄດ້ຊົງເຮັດລ້ວນແຕ່ຖືກຕ້ອງ ແຕ່ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍບໍ່ໄດ້ເຊື່ອຟັງພຣະອົງ.	Therefore hath Jehovah watched over the evil, and brought it upon us; for Jehovah our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth, and we have not obeyed his voice.
15	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຂອງພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ພຣະອົງຊົງສະແດງລິດອຳນາດ ໂດຍສາມາດນຳເອົາໄພ່ພົນຂອງພຣະອົງອອກມາຈາກປະເທດເອຢິບ ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍຍັງຈື່ຈຳລິດອຳນາດຂອງພຣະອົງຢູ່ ແຕ່ປານນັ້ນ ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍກໍຍັງເຮັດບາບ ແລະເຮັດຜິດຢູ່.	And now, O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
16	ພຣະອົງໄດ້ຊົງເຮັດການອັນຊອບທຳມາແລ້ວ ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ຂໍຢ່າຊົງຄຽດຮ້າຍນະຄອນເຢຣູຊາເລັມອີກຕໍ່ໄປທ້ອນ ເພາະວ່າ ມັນເປັນນະຄອນ ແລະເປັນພູສັກສິດຂອງພຣະອົງ ປະເທດເພື່ອນບ້ານທັງປວງຕ່າງກໍໝິ່ນປະໝາດນະຄອນເຢຣູຊາເລັມ ແລະໄພ່ພົນຂອງພຣະອົງ ຍ້ອນພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍໄດ້ເຮັດບາບ ແລະຍ້ອນການເຮັດຊົ່ວຂອງພວກບັນພະບູລຸດນັ້ນ.	O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, let thine anger and thy wrath, I pray thee, be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain; because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are round about us.
17	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ຕໍ່ໄປນີ້ຂໍຊົງໂຜດຮັບຟັງຄຳອ້ອນວອນຍອມສາລະພາບຜິດຂອງຂ້ານ້ອຍແດ່ທ້ອນ ຂໍຊົງໂຜດໃຫ້ພຣະວິນຍານຂອງພຣະອົງທີ່ຖືກທຳລາຍນັ້ນກັບຄືນເປັນຄືເກົ່າ ເພື່ອທຸກໆຄົນຈະໄດ້ຮູ້ວ່າ ພຣະອົງຊົງເປັນພຣະເຈົ້າ.	Now therefore, O our God, hearken unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake.
18	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະເຈົ້າ ຂໍຊົງຮັບຟັງສຽງພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍແດ່ຖ້ອນ ຈົ່ງດູແລ ແລະທອດພຣະເນດເບິ່ງຄວາມທຸກຍາກທີ່ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍປະສົບຢູ່ ພ້ອມທັງຄວາມທຸກຍາກໃນນະຄອນຂອງພຣະອົງ ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍອ້ອນວອນພຣະອົງຍ້ອນວ່າພຣະອົງຊົງພຣະເມດຕາ ບໍ່ແມ່ນຍ້ອນພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍເປັນຄົນຊອບທຳ.	O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousness, but for thy great mercies' sake.
19	ຂ້າແດ່ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າ ຂໍຊົງຮັບຟັງພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍແດ່ ໂອ ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຂໍຊົງຍົກໂທດໃຫ້ພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍແດ່ທ້ອນ ຂໍຊົງຮັບຟັງພວກຂ້ານ້ອຍ ແລ້ວຊົງຮີບກະທຳ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ທຸກໆຄົນຮູ້ຈັກວ່າພຣະອົງຊົງເປັນພຣະເຈົ້າ ຂໍຢ່າຊົງລໍຊ້າຢູ່ ເພາະວ່ານະຄອນ ແລະປະຊາຊົນນີ້ເປັນຂອງພຣະອົງ.”	O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God, because thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
20	ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າໄດ້ອ້ອນວອນ ແລະສາລະພາບບາບຂອງຂ້າພະເຈົ້າ ພ້ອມທັງບາບຂອງອິສຣາເອນ ຊົນຊາດຂອງຂ້າພະອົງຕໍ່ໄປ ແລະໄດ້ຮ້ອງຂໍໃຫ້ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຂອງຂ້າພະເຈົ້າ ຊົງເຮັດໃຫ້ພຣະວິຫານອັນສັກສິດຂອງພຣະອົງກັບຄືນເປັນຄືເກົ່າ.	And while I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before Jehovah my God for the holy mountain of my God;
21	ເມື່ອຂ້າພະເຈົ້າກຳລັງອ້ອນວອນຢູ່ ມີເທວະດາຕົນໜຶ່ງຊື່ຄັບຣີເອນ ຄື ຕົນທີ່ຂ້າພະເຈົ້າໄດ້ເຫັນນິມິດ ເທື່ອທຳອິດນັ້ນ ໄດ້ເຫາະລົງມາຍັງບ່ອນຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຢູ່ໃນເວລາຖວາຍເຄື່ອງບູຊາຕອນຄ່ຳ.	yea, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.
22	ເພິ່ນໄດ້ອະທິບາຍວ່າ, “ດານີເອນເອີຍ ເຮົາໄດ້ມາທີ່ນີ້ເພື່ອຊ່ອຍໃຫ້ເຈົ້າເຂົ້າໃຈຄຳເວົ້າຂອງຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳ.	And he instructed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee wisdom and understanding.
23	ຄື ເມື່ອເຈົ້າເລີ່ມຕົ້ນຮ້ອງຂໍຕໍ່ພຣະເຈົ້າ ພຣະອົງກໍຊົງຕອບເຈົ້າ ເຮົາຈຶ່ງມາອະທິບາຍຄຳຕອບນັ້ນໃຫ້ເຈົ້າຮູ້ ເພາະວ່າພຣະເຈົ້າຊົງຮັກເຈົ້າ ບັດນີ້ ເຮົາຈະອະທິບາຍນິມິດນັ້ນ ຈົ່ງຕັ້ງໃຈຟັງໃຫ້ດີ.	At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment went forth, and I am come to tell thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore consider the matter, and understand the vision.
24	ເຈັດສິບວັນນັ້ນ ແມ່ນຊ່ວງໄລຍະເວລາທີ່ພຣະເຈົ້າຊົງກຳນົດໃຫ້ຊົນຊາດ ແລະນະຄອນອັນສັກສິດຂອງເຈົ້າ ສິ້ນສຸດການເຮັດຜິດ ແລະການເຮັດບາບ ຕໍ່ໄປ ການເຮັດບາບຈະໄດ້ຮັບການໃຫ້ອະໄພ ແລະມີຄວາມຍຸດຕິທຳຕະຫລອດໄປເປັນນິດ ເພື່ອວ່ານິມິດ ແລະຄຳເວົ້າຂອງຜູ້ປະກາດພຣະທຳຈະໄດ້ສຳເລັດເປັນຈິງ ແລະເພື່ອພຣະວິຫານອັນສັກສິດຈະໄດ້ເປັນທີ່ຖວາຍແດ່ພຣະເຈົ້າ.	Seventy weeks are decreed upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most holy.
25	ຈົ່ງສັງເກດ ແລະເຂົ້າໃຈດັ່ງນີ້ ນັບຕັ້ງແຕ່ອອກຄຳສັ່ງໃຫ້ສ້າງນະຄອນເຢຣູຊາເລັມຂຶ້ນໃໝ່ ໄປຈົນເຖິງພວກຜູ້ນຳທີ່ພຣະເຈົ້າຊົງເລືອກໄດ້ມາຄອບຄອງ ຈະເປັນເຈັດອາທິດ ແລະເປັນເວລາຫົກສິບສອງອາທິດ ພວກເຂົາຈະສ້າງນະຄອນເຢຣູຊາເລັມຂຶ້ນໃໝ່ ຈະມີຖະໜົນຫລາຍສາຍ ແລະປ້ອມປ້ອງກັນເມືອງຢ່າງເຂັ້ມແຂງ ແລ້ວເມືອງນີ້ຈະໝັ້ນຄົງຢູ່ເປັນເວລາດົນນານ ແຕ່ມັນຈະເປັນສະໄໝທີ່ມີຄວາມຫຍຸ້ງຍາກ ໃນຄາວສິ້ນສຸດສະໄໝນັ້ນ.	Know therefore and discern, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the anointed one, the prince, shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: it shall be built again, with street and moat, even in troublous times.
26	ທ່ານຜູ້ໜຶ່ງທີ່ພຣະເຈົ້າຊົງເລືອກໄວ້ຈະຖືກຂ້າຢ່າງບໍ່ຍຸດຕິທຳ ນະຄອນ ແລະພຣະວິຫານກໍຈະຖືກກອງທັບຂອງຜູ້ນຳທີ່ຍິ່ງໃຫຍ່ຄົນໜຶ່ງບຸກລຸກທຳລາຍ ຄາວສິ້ນສຸດນີ້ຈະມາທຳລາຍເໝືອນນ້ຳຖ້ວມ ຕອນສຸດທ້າຍຈະມີສົງຄາມ ແລະການທຳລາຍທີ່ພຣະເຈົ້າຊົງສັ່ງໃຫ້ເກີດຂຶ້ນ.	And after the threescore and two weeks shall the anointed one be cut off, and shall have nothing: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and even unto the end shall be war; desolations are determined.
27	ຜູ້ນຳຄົນນັ້ນຈະມີສຳພັນທະໄມຕີຢ່າງໜຽວແໜ້ນກັບຄົນຈຳນວນຫລາຍເປັນເວລາອາທິດໜຶ່ງ ເທິງທີ່ສູງສຸດຂອງພຣະວິຫານນັ້ນ ຈະມີຂອງແປກປະຫລາດອັນໜ້າຢ້ານຕັ້ງຢູ່ ຈະມີຢູ່ທີ່ນັ້ນຈົນຮອດເວລາທີ່ພຣະເຈົ້າຊົງເຮັດໃຫ້ຜູ້ຕັ້ງມັນໄວ້ໄດ້ພົບກັບຈຸດຈົບ.”	And he shall make a firm covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease; and upon the wing of abominations [shall come] one that maketh desolate; and even unto the full end, and that determined, shall [wrath] be poured out upon the desolate.
